双面强力铣床结构设计

摘 要
铣床的出现大大提高了人们的生产效率,是人类进入新时代的重大变革,如今,
随着我国的铣床技术的蓬勃发展,出现了越来越多种类的铣床,但是普遍加工效率没
有很大的提升,因此如何在保证加工精度的同时又能提高铣床的加工效率,成为了铣
床发展的主要难题,本次课题主要通过对铣床结构方案的选择和确定;主要部件的设
计计算,关键零部件的结构设计与校核来提高铣床的加工效率。本课题采用卧式铣床
结构,主轴在两侧,对工件同时加工。对于工作台进给主要采用电机与滚珠丝杠直联
的结构,通过对滚珠丝杠,轴承,导轨和电机的校核完成工作台的动力设计。主轴通
过对传动轴,主轴和齿轮的设计计算校核和主轴的进给传动系统的设计和计算,完成
对主轴的动力设计进给动力设计。通过对以上结构的设计计算和校核,提高铣床的加
工效率。

ABSTRACT
The emergence of the milling machine greatly improved the production efficiency of people,
is a human into a new era of major reform, nowadays, with the vigorous development of the
milling machine of the technology in China, there are more and more kinds of milling
machine, but the common processing efficiency without a lot of ascension, so how to ensure
machining accuracy at the same time can improve the machining efficiency of milling
machine, became the main problem of milling machine development, this topic is mainly
through the choice of milling machine structure scheme and determine;The design and
calculation of the main parts, the structural design and check of the key parts to improve the
machining efficiency of the milling machine. This subject USES the horizontal milling
machine structure, the main axis in both sides, the workpiece at the same time processing. The
feed of the working table mainly adopts the structure of direct connection between the motor
and ball screw. The dynamic design of the working table is completed by checking the ball
screw, bearing, guide rail and the motor. Spindle through the transmission shaft, spindle and
gear design calculation check and spindle feed drive system design and calculation, complete
the spindle power design feed power design. Through the design calculation and check of the
above structure, the machining efficiency of the milling machine is improved.
