摘 要
随着制造业不断追求生产效率的情况下中国是全球人数人口基数很多的国家，其
中流动性也很大得大，同时随着经济的发展和人们生活节奏的加快还有各个行业的发
展，自动化的产物也跟着时代的进步而到来随着汽车行业的发展越来越块，对于汽车
装配中的领域内也有着很大的需求，本课题的目的是红旗汽车头枕装配线设计，长春
枫实科技有限公司，本设计是应用专业知识完成红旗汽车头枕的装配线的设计。该设
备能完成对红旗汽车前、后头枕的装配。本设计需要完成支撑工作台的设计，翅膀件、
头枕骨架和头枕杆装配机构的设计。本次设计的的过程中通过各方面的学习树立正确
的设计思想，培养分析问题、解决问题的能力。整个系统机构设计简单，结构精妙，
性能稳定，实现多功能。确定研究方向和思路，之后基于工程原理，最后再进行制图
与建模：使用 AutoCAD，Catia 等来进行设计后的制图以及三维建模。

Abstract
With the continuous pursuit of production efficiency in the manufacturing industry,
China is a country with a large population base in the world, among which the mobility is also
very large. At the same time, with the development of economy, the acceleration of people's
living rhythm and the development of various industries, the products of automation also
come with the progress of the times. With the development of the automobile industry, more
and more pieces are produced in the field of automobile assembly There is also a great
demand. The purpose of this project is to design the assembly line of Hongqi automobile
headrest. Changchun Fengshi Technology Co., Ltd. This design is to apply professional
knowledge to complete the design of the assembly line of Hongqi automobile headrest. The
equipment can complete the assembly of the front and rear headrests of Hongqi automobile.
This design needs to complete the design of the support table, wing parts, headrest frame and
headrest rod assembly mechanism. In the process of this design, through the study of all
aspects, set up the correct design idea, and cultivate the ability to analyze and solve problems.
The whole system is simple in design, exquisite in structure, stable in performance and multi-
function. Determine the research direction and ideas, and then based on the engineering
principle, finally carry out the mapping and modeling: use AutoCAD, CATIA, etc. to carry
out the mapping after design and 3D modeling.
