摘要
废热锅炉是化工装置余热回收系统的主要设备之一,通过废热锅炉不但可
以对高温工艺气体进行冷却,同时又可以回收高温气体的热能产生蒸汽。此类设
备在结构设计上与普通换热器有所不同,在制造过程中也存在难度。本文经过工
艺论证及多次试验总结,制定了合理的工艺,保证了设备的顺利制造。
本文介绍了废热锅炉的结构特点,针对焊接难度大、质量不好控制等难点,
通过一系列工艺试验制定出了合理可行的焊接参数,解决了如何控制换热管与
管板内孔焊接质量这一问题,为设备的顺利制造做好了充足的技术准备。

ABSTRACT
Waste heat boiler is one of the main equipment of waste heat
recovery system in chemical plant. It can not only cool high
temperature process gas, but also recover heat energy of high
temperature gas to generate steam. The structure design of this kind
of equipment is different from that of ordinary heat exchanger, and
there are difficulties in the manufacturing process. In this paper,
through process demonstration and many experiments, a reasonable
process is established to ensure the smooth manufacture of the
equipment.
This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the waste
heat boiler. Aiming at the difficulties of welding the inner hole of
the heat exchange tube and tube sheet, such as the difficulty and
poor quality control, the reasonable and feasible welding parameters
are worked out through a series of process tests, which solves the
problem of how to control the welding quality of the inner hole of
the heat exchange tube and tube sheet, and makes sufficient technical
preparation for the smooth manufacture of the equipment.
