摘要
为改善水果的采摘条件,提高其采摘效率,通过分析水果的栽培生长环境,
设计了一种简易且不伤果的水果采摘器具,通过分析其工作原理的基础上,对
采摘器的主要结构进行设计和优化。本次论文首先介绍了水果采摘起的研究背
景及本次设计的主要意义,介绍了水果采摘器的国内外研究现状,然后提出可
伸缩式水果采摘器的基本设计思路和设计理念,对水果采摘其进行主要零部件
设计和结构设计,最后,对水果采摘器进行运动方针优化,达到可加工实际应
用的目的。通过本次毕业设计,锻炼了我对 UG 软件的应用能力和设计制图能
力,对大学这么多年自己的学习成果进行了很好的总结和凝聚,为今后走向工
作,实现快速接轨社会奠定了基础。

Abstract
In order to improve the group of the harvest conditions, to improve the picking
efficiency, based on the analysis of the cultivation environment, shall have a training,
a simple and does not hurt the group of fruit picking equipment, and on the basis of
the analysis of its working principle, prototype production and experimental
verification. The picking device consists of a rechargeable his battery supplies power
to the dc motor, using two stage gear reduction after transfer the power of the motor to
the eccentric CAM mechanism, to achieve the reciprocating movement of the moving
blade, to batch), like the fruit from the cut stem, fall into the bottom of the mesh bag
were collected for collection. Experiment shows that this batch of the picking
machine easy to operate, safe and comfortable, simple structure and low cost, can
achieve different height and different size of the harvest, greatly reduce the labor
intensity of workers.
