Abstract
Flange is a kind of part that can connect the chemical equipment and pipeline.
At present, China's mechanical industry is still in the primary stage of manual manual
labor, most of the work needs to be conservative design according to experience,
conservative design results in the size and quality of equipment products is too heavy.
Therefore, it is necessary to study and design a method that can be used to design the
equipment reasonably through the finite element aided structure design, so as to meet
the demand of the current chemical equipment industry.
This paper studies the product based on the finite element theory, optimization of the
research background and the design of the main meaning, introduces domestic and
foreign research status of the finite element theory, and then put forward under the
condition of high temperature and high pressure flange design and research of the
basic design idea and design concept, under the condition of high temperature and
high pressure flange design for main components design and structure design, and
then, under the condition of high temperature and high pressure flange finite element
analysis, analyze the effect of high temperature creep and relaxation to intensity under
the condition of high temperature and high pressure flange.
Three - dimensional modeling can be used in machining practice.
Through the graduation design, exercise my ability to PROE drawing software
application and design drawing ability, on the other hand, more important is I can with
the skill of the application of finite element theory and ansys, for so many years at the
university of their own learning results had good summary and cohesion, to work for
the future, achieve rapid integrate social laid a foundation.

摘要法兰是一种能够对化工设备及管道进行连接的零件,是化工机械行业中普遍应用的一种零件。现阶段,我国的机械行业还处于人工体力劳动的初级阶段,大部分工作需要根据经验进行保守设计,保守设计的结果就是导致设备产品的尺寸和质量过于繁重。为此,有必要研究并设计出一款可以通过有限元辅助结构设计的方法进行设备合理设计,满足当前化工设备行业的需求。本文首先研究基于有限元理论进行产品优化的研究背景及本次设计的主要意义,介绍有限元理论的国内外研究现状,然后提出高温高压条件下法兰的设计与研究的基本设计思路和设计理念,对高温高压条件下法兰设计进行主要零部件设计和结构设计,然后,对高温高压条件下法兰有限元分析,分析高温蠕...
