摘要

航空食品车主要由汽车底盘、带有液压支腿的下支承架、剪刀叉架、箱体、

四向平台、固定遮雨篷、液压传动系统和电气控制系统等所组成。它具有行驶、

车厢升降、接机平台前伸和侧移及应急操作等功能，实现飞机食品及货物的

运输及储藏功能。

文中一开始阐述了航空食品装运车改装设计的目的和意义、发展状况以及

应用前景。接着分析论证了一种总质量为12t的航空食品车的总体设计方案，

进行了其举升机构和车厢机构等主要机构的方案分析和选择计算强度和刚度的

计算校核。另外，文中还简单介绍了液压系统的设计计算方法和过程。最后对

改装完成后的航空食品装运车进行了必要的动力性、燃油经济性和稳定性等主

要整车性能的计算分析，计算结果表明整车性能满足要求。

Abstract

Aviation food vehicles mainly by automobile chassis, a hydraulic leg of the

l o w e r s u p p o r t i n g r a c k , s c i s s o r s f o r k , a b o x b o d y , f o u r t o t h e p l a t f o r m , a f i x e d

a wn i ng , hy dr au l i c sy st em a nd e le ct ri ca l co nt ro l sy st e m . It h a s a d r i vi n g , c a r li f t ,

pick up in front of the platform extension and lateral shift and emergency operation

function, realize the airplane food and goods transportation and storage function.

The purpose and significance of the modification design of the aviation food

truck, the development status and the prospect of the application were introduced in

th e pap e r. . Then analy zes a lo a ding qual ity 1 2t a viat i o n fo od ca r de s ign sche m e,

were the main organs of the lifting mechanism and the car bodies and other project

analysis and selection and calculation of strength and stiffness calculation.

In addition, the design and calculation method and process of hydraulic system

are also introduced in this paper.. Finally the modified after the completion of the
