摘 要
随着科学技术进步推动的经济发展,越来越多人购买私家车,但也带来了种种问题,
污染严重,交通拥堵,能源浪费不节制等。汽车拥有者,整车生产商以及国家政府有关
部门越来越关注这些问题,人们迫切希望能得到改变。国家层面选择出台制定各种汽车
标准,包括燃油经济性和排放性,汽车油耗测量标准和法规,来统一汽车的生产,起到
指导规范的作用。汽车生产商层面选择大力研发新技术,给汽车带来创意,带来更多实
用的功能和更加卓越的性能。
电控燃油发展技术应运而生,对解决现实汽车带来的种种复杂问题给出了相对有效
的解决方案,提升发动机的各种性能参数,燃油经济性,排放性,也包括发动机功率提
升。本论文介绍了电控柴油机的发展历史,发展现状以及国内的一些研究机构的原创发
明。还分析了电控柴油机的组成,分类,工作原理以及各种有效的控制功能。
中间部分论文解释了燃油经济性的评价指标,各种试验工况在不同国家的标准,以
及与中国的标准的比较。介绍了不同行驶工况的经济性计算,影响发动机经济性的各种
因素。同时参考我国燃油经济性的评价体系,把各种分析过程的变量考虑进去,如发动
机公路,风阻系数,传动比,来计算分析评级燃油经济性。
最后通过测功机完成负荷特性和速度特性的试验,搜集试验中产生各种数据用科学
的方法完成对理论的检验。

Abstract
With the rapid development of society, people's economic level, more and more people to
buy private cars, but also brought a variety of problems, serious pollution, traffic congestion,
energy waste and so on. Car owners, vehicle manufacturers and the relevant government
departments are increasingly concerned about these issues,people are eager to be able to
change. At the national level, the introduction of various automobile standards, including fuel
economy and emissions, vehicle fuel consumption measurement standards and regulations, to
unify the production of cars, play a guiding role. Car manufacturers choose to vigorously
develop new technologies, to bring creativity to the car, bring more practical features and more
excellent performance.
Electronic fuel development technology came into being, to solve the reality of the complex
problems brought about by the vehicle is a relatively effective solution to enhance the engine
performance parameters, fuel economy, emissions, including engine power. This paper
introduces the development history and development status of electronic control diesel engine
and the original invention of some domestic research institutions. It also analyzes the
composition, classification, working principle and various effective control functions of
electronic control diesel engine.
The middle part of the paper explains the fuel economy evaluation index, the various test
conditions in different countries, as well as the comparison with the Chinese standards. This
paper introduces the economic calculation of different driving conditions and the factors that
affect the economy of the engine. At the same time refer to the evaluation system of fuel
economy in China, taking into account the variables of various analysis processes, such as
engine road, drag coefficient and transmission ratio, to calculate and analyze the fuel economy.
Finally, through the dynamometer to complete the load characteristics and speed
characteristics of the test, collecting the test to produce a variety of data with scientific methods
to complete the test of the theory.
