旧住宅电梯结构设计说明书
摘 要
虽然近年来,我国的经济发展速度较快,随之而来的是我国的房地产业也得到了
快速的发展,在城市中,越来越多的高层建筑被建立起来。但是,我国仍旧有许多的
老旧建筑未被拆迁或者翻新,并且住在这种无电梯的老旧建筑中的人员类型大多为中
老年人,而随着这类人群年龄的增长,没有电梯这种情况造成了中老年人上下楼的不
便。因此,对老旧建筑增设电梯的改造有着较为重大的意义,在此种建筑中安装电梯
会给住在其中的人们带来方便。
本课题针对 6-8 层的老旧住宅的电梯进行详细的设计,设计过程中,针对 7层的住
宅进行设计。在设计的过程中,需要确定电梯的运行方式,对曳引机中的减速器进行
详细的设计以及其中传动零部件的计算和校核,同时对电梯的导轨和主承重梁进行校
核。本课题所设计的 7层住宅用电梯对老旧住宅增加电梯有着很强的借鉴意义,通过
更改导轨的长度以及钢丝绳的长度以适应所需要加设电梯的建筑的楼层数量。

Abstract
Although in recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, it is followed by the rapid
development of China's real estate industry. In cities, more and more high-rise buildings have
been established. However, there are still many old buildings in China that have not been
demolished or renovated, and the types of people living in such old buildings without
elevators are mostly middle-aged and elderly people. As the age of these people grows, there
is no elevator. This situation caused inconvenience for middle-aged and elderly people to go
up and down the stairs. Therefore, the retrofitting of elevators in old buildings is of great
significance. Installing elevators in such buildings will bring convenience to people living in
them.
In this project, the elevators of 6-8 storey old houses are designed in detail. During the design
process, the 7 storey houses are designed. In the design process, it is necessary to determine
the operation mode of the elevator, carry out detailed design of the reducer in the traction
machine, and calculate and check the transmission components therein, and at the same time
check the guide rails and main load beams of the elevator. The 7-floor residential elevator
designed in this project has a strong reference to the increase of elevators in old residences.
By changing the length of the guide rails and the length of the steel wire rope, it can be
adapted to the number of floors in the building that requires additional elevators.
