摘要
在我国北方，每年都有几个月的冰雪时间，长时间的冰雪现象对日常生产
活动产生了一定影响。特别 2008 年南方长时间的冰雪活动，对整个社会的日常
生产活动产生了严重的影响；高速公路由于积雪加上低温，结冰情况很严重，
导致交通受阻，交通事故频发，许多人被堵在回家的路上；城市小区、农村庭
院等由于积雪结冰导致出现不方便，发生大大小小安全事件；因此，对除冰雪
进行研究是十分有必要的。
传统上积雪结冰都是等冰雪自动融化，在一些重要场所会采用人工去除冰
雪、撒除雪剂、机械去除冰雪等方法，但此类方法不适合所有场合，特别是广
大农村地区，农村地区现有除冰雪基本是采用人工铲除冰雪或者等冰雪自动融
化，因此对现有的除冰雪方法进行研究，设计一款适合范围广、操作简单的除
冰设备，具有十分重要的意义。
本设计是设计一款手扶式小型除冰装置，除冰装置安装在手扶拖拉机上面，
需要除冰的时间把除冰装置安装手扶拖拉机上面，不需要的适合拖拉机就恢复
原先使用功能，一机两用，适合大部分条件下的除冰工作。

Abstract
In northern China, there are a few months of snow and ice every year, and the
snow and ice for a long time have a certain impact on the daily production activities.
In 2008 the South long time snow activities, have a serious impact on the daily
activities of the whole society; highway due to snow plus low temperature freezing,
the situation is very serious, causing traffic congestion, traffic accidents, many people
stuck on the way home; city community, rural courtyard such as snow and ice caused
inconvenience large and small, security events; therefore, it is necessary to study the
ice and snow removing.
Traditionally, the snow and ice are melting ice automatically, in some important
places will use artificial snow, and snow removal agent, mechanical removal of ice
and other methods, but these methods are not suitable for all occasions, especially in
rural areas, rural areas in addition to snow is made of the existing artificial snow
removing or automatic melting ice. Therefore, the existing deicing method, design a
suitable for rural areas, in addition to the simple operation of equipment, has a very
important significance.
This design is to design a walking type small-sized deicer deicing device
installed on a walking tractor, need deicing time to deicing device is installed above
the walking tractor, the tractor would need not suitable for restoring the original
function, a dual-purpose machine, very suitable for the vast rural areas.
