论文题目：立式烧烤机结构设计

摘要

烧烤机是一种可以将食物由生至熟都通过火烤来完成的烹饪设备。不仅可以用来

做烤肉，炙烤果蔬也是十分美味。本次设计的立式烧烤机是一种自动旋转的立式烧烤

机，包括了传动件，旋转件，固定件和夹紧件。传动件主要有两个部分，一个是同级

齿轮传动，一个减速器内的齿轮减速传动。整体的主要结构是直流电机带动减速器，

减速器带动两个啮合的同级圆柱型齿轮，齿轮安装在旋转件上，旋转件上安装固定件

的一段，固定件的另一端设有开孔，用于悬挂自制不锈钢烤签。整体的设计能自动带

动烤串旋转，受热均匀，不需要人为翻转，减少了人工劳动。本次设计的是一种适合

家用的全自动烧烤机，既可以解决油烟污染的问题，又能吃到美味，健康的烧烤。对

于全自动烧烤机，我国市场需求量特别大，主要原因是在一方面能够满足我国的消费

水平，适合大多数人的消费水准；另一方面，也适合我国单个家庭使用，绿色，安全，

健康，无烟。

ABSTRACT

Barbecue is a kind of cooking equipment that can bake food from raw to cooked. It can not

only be used for barbecue, but also for grilling fruits and vegetables. The ver$cal barbecue

designed in this paper is a kind of automa$c rota$ng ver$cal barbecue, which includes

driving parts, rota$ng parts, %xing parts and clamping parts. There are two parts in the

transmission, one is the same level gear transmission, and the other is the gear reduc$on

transmission in the reducer. The main structure of the whole structure is that the DC motor

drives the reducer, and the reducer drives two meshing cylindrical gears of the same level.

The gears are installed on the rota$ng parts, and one sec$on of the %xed parts is installed on

the rota$ng parts. The other end of the %xed parts is provided with holes for hanging the

self-made stainless steel baking s$cks. The whole design can automa$cally drive the rota$on

of the baking string, and the hea$ng is even, which does not need to be turned over

manually, and reduces the manual labor. This design is a full-automa$c barbecue machine

suitable for home use, which can not only solve the problem of lampblack pollu$on, but also

eat delicious and healthy barbecue. For the full-automa$c barbecue machine, the market

demand in our country is par$cularly large, the main reason is that on the one hand, it can

meet the consump$on level of our country, which is suitable for the consump$on level of

most people; on the other hand, it is also suitable for the use of single family in our country,

green, safe, healthy and smoke-free.
