改革开放的路径，是全局不可逆的，是集合了资本、劳动与社会各方面因素的整合过程。以乡
“镇企业为代表的乡土关联型企业异军突起，引致了乡村经济、政治、人文与社会形成的 关联
” “性 特征演化。中国特色的乡村发展之路，有许多可供研究的对象与发展特征，如， 未曾与过

长这一核心下。应该看出，生产要素的集中着力于经济增长，并以乡村企业为核心构造与其
“ ” •相 关联 的网状要素结构，为人们提供中国乡村变革的线索。借助亨利 列斐弗尔关于空间生产
的理论，我们将以乡村企业为政治与经济核心的网状式权力与资本结构，通过引起中国乡村发
“ ”生深刻变革的企业 空间政治 予以归纳总结。并将乡村空间政治立足的农村空间生产，通过劳
动要素分布、经济增长以及乡土关联型企业管理等方面，予以一一呈现，构造而成本文以乡土
关联型企业为研究对象的，对中国农村经济、社会的支柱型增长作用，并最终形成的中国农村
现代化发展路径，做出探讨式描述。即随着企业角度的制度演化，通过经济的发展，追逐我国
农村现代化发展的范式与路径。具体而言，我们借助生产方式、生产要素详细描述了乡土关联
型企业在中国乡村形成的与空间政治的动态关联，并将这些描述与要素动态演进分布在各个章
节之中，主要通过劳动要素与收入增长的变动趋势，印证出中国农村现代化发展过程中的经济
增长。因此，我们可以认为，中国的乡村正经历着深刻的社会变革和乡土关联型企业形成
“ ” “ ”的 空间政治 动态演化，代表了 另一种现代化 的发展路径：基于生产方式的、生产和政治相
互作用的、政治样态的挤出与融合。这一演化过程中，冲突与包容时空共存性，为未来的中国

Abstract

导论
第一节 研究问题与意义一、问题提出我国改革开放之后，乡土关联型企业的发展经历了一个波
浪式前进的高低起伏阶段。改革开放初期，我国乡土关联型企业异军突起，迅猛发展，成为农
民与农村经济发展的先头军，具体表现为其经济总量占国民经济增加的较大比重；尤其是 20
世纪 80 年代至90 年代上半期，乡土关联型企业发展无论是增速还是总量达到了其发展周期中
的最高水平；但是，自 20 世纪 90 年代中期后，由于地方经济规模的制约，乡土关联型企业的
发展到了瓶颈阶段，无论是乡土关联型企业总量还是从业人数都逐年递减，乡土关联型企业经
济规模增速放缓。关于乡土关联型企业的研究，学术界首先着重研究了其对国民经济的贡献，
认为乡土关联型企业是中国亿万农民作为历史主体的伟大创造，是中国改革开放在农村领域的
巨大突破，乡土关联型企业的发展对促进国民经济增长和支持农业发展，逐步实现农村工业化,
增加农民收入和吸纳农村剩余劳动力,以及壮大农村集体经济实力和支持农村社会事业，都发挥
了不可替代的重要作用。其次是研究乡土关联型企业的发展模式，认为乡土关联型企业与其根
植的乡镇土壤之间存在联动互生的关系，特别是乡镇治理为适应乡镇民营企业发展的主动性变
革。本文的研究重点也是放在乡土关联型企业与其产生发展的地方社会之间的关联，乡土关联
型企业的发展对支持其发展的外生政策实施主体---地方政府的促进作用，尤其是乡土关联型企
业促使地方政府职能的适应性转型，这都是基于深层的政治学研究背景----经济基础决定上层
建筑，同时也为乡土关联型企业获得进一步的发展提供了政策支持。这实际上也提出了我国基
层政府从职能到模式的适应性转型需求，即随着乡土关联型企业的发展，针对不适应农村生产
力变革现状的历史问题、制度问题、现实问题，乡土关联型企业亟需企业自身不断发展，另外
其所根植的地方社会尤其是乡镇等基层政府机构也需要作出对应的治理改革或创新。应该看
到，乡土关联型企业自身的发展对于城乡一体化与城镇化改革过程中的作用明显，乡土关联型
企业在我国农村社会所带动的工业化、现代化变革需要其乡土关联型企业突破现有瓶颈，而保
证乡土关联型企业进一步发展需要制度保障、政策支持与内在动力与之相适应。
第五章 结论
•本文借助亨利 列斐弗尔关于空间生产的理论，以乡村企业为政治与经济核心的网状式权力与
