斜齿轮注射成型模具设计
摘 要
根据塑料斜齿轮制品的要求,了解塑件的用途,分析塑件的工艺性、尺寸精
度等技术要求,选择塑件制件尺寸。本模具采用一模两腔,侧浇口进料,注射机
采用海天80X1B型号,设置冷却系统,CAD和UG绘制二维总装图和零件图,选择模
具合理的加工方法。附上说明书,系统地运用简要的文字,简明的示意图和和计
算等分析塑件,从而作出合理的注塑模具设计。

Abstract
According to the requirements of plastic helical gear products,
understand the use of plastic parts, analyze the technical requirements of
plastic parts such as workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and select the
size of plastic parts. The mold uses one mold two cavity, th e s id e gate
f e e d , t h e i n j e c t i o n m a c h i n e a d o p t s t h e s e a s k y 8 0 X 1 B m o d e l , s e t s t h e
cooling system, CAD and UG draws the two-dimensional assembly
drawing and the part drawing, chooses the mold reasonable processing
method. Attached are instructions for the systematic use of brief text,
c o n c i s e s k e t c h e s a n d c a l c u l a t i o n s t o a n a l y z e t h e p l a s t i c p a r t s , s o a s t o
make a reasonable injection mold design.
