论文题目：数控床身铣床工作台机械加工工艺

及其夹具设计

摘要

铣床是机械制造中的工作母机，其在这个制造业体系中有着不可或缺的重要的作

用，在一定程度上，铣床等工作母机发展水平的高低可以决定了一个国家的工业发展

水平情况。高精密的机床只有欧美发达国家可以生产，中国长期需要以高昂的价格去

购买，只要真正做到可以自主生产高精密的机床才可以不受制于人。此次毕业设计主

要内容包括两个方面，一是对工作台零件进行机械加工工艺分析后，设计出较优加工

路线；二是从工艺路线中选择两道较为重要的工序，利用二维软件 CAD 和三维软件

UG 进行专用夹具的建模，最终完成专用夹具的设计。

ABSTRACT

The milling machine is a working machine in mechanical manufacturing. It plays an

indispensable and important role in this manufacturing system. To a certain extent, the level of

development of working machines such as milling machines can determine a country's

industrial development level. High-precision machine tools can only be produced in

developed countries in Europe and the United States. China has long needed to purchase at

high prices. As long as it can truly produce high-precision machine tools independently, it can

not be controlled by others. The main contents of this graduation project include two aspects:

one is to design a better processing route after analyzing the machining process of the

workbench parts; the other is to select two more important processes from the process route

and use the two-dimensional software CAD Model the special fixture with the three-

dimensional software UG, and finally complete the design of the special fixture.
