机床床鞍体加工工艺规程及其工装夹具的设计

摘要
本文主要是对机床床鞍体加工工艺规程及其工装夹具的设计 。查阅相关资料,详
细了解该零件的结构和功能。再根据零件图分析其相关技术要求,使用材料的性能和
零件的结构工艺性。依据分析结果设计了零件的毛坯和机械加工工艺规程。毛坯的设
计确定了毛坯的种类,毛坯的余量和公差,相关工艺要求。加工工艺规程制定了加工
工艺路线,确定了各工序定位基准和工序尺寸,并选择了各工序所用机床、夹具、刀
具和量具。最后,进行了切削用量和时间定额的计算。
设计了一种针对该零件 370 工序钻孔的专用夹具。分析该工序加工孔的精度要求,
结合零件具体结构和质量,提出了该夹具的总体方案。分别对夹具的定位装置,夹紧
装置,引刀装置和其它特殊结构进行了设计。并进行了定位误差和夹紧力的计算。

Abstract
The main contentof the article is design of processing technology and fixture for
machining on saddle. The structure and function of the part is understood by referring to
relevant information.The design of blank and processing technology was based on the result
of analyzing the technical requirements, material properties and structural machinability about
the part. The blank design indicates the kind of blank, machining allowance and tolerances
and the relevant process requirements.The processing technology shows machining process
route, position basis and process size and machine tools, fixtures, tools, gauges for
eachmachining process. Finally, the article accomplishes calculation of cutting parameters and
cutting time.
This paper presents a special fixture for borehole of 370 process. The overall scheme was
presented by analyzing machining precision, structure and mass about the part. Then a
detailed design for positioning device was made, the clamping device, tools guide device and
other special structures.Location error and clamp force were calculated.
