ABSTRACT
The proportion of manufacturing in the national economy is increasing, and manufacturing is
regarded as the foundation of a country's national economy. With the proposal of "Made in
China 2025", China as a "world factory", the future development of manufacturing industry
will move to a brand new level, advanced manufacturing technology will become more and
more intelligent. Milling machines are one of the indispensable equipment in the
manufacturing industry. In recent years, China's machine tool equipment is moving from large
to strong. High-precision and highly automated CNC machine tools will be the future
development trend. This article mainly takes the XK715 spindle as an example to analyze the
processability of the parts, then formulate the process specification design, and finally
formulate the special fixture design, which includes the formulation of the spindle process
route and the determination of the cutting amount.

本科毕业设计(论文)(2020届)论文题目:数控床身铣床主轴机械加工工艺及夹具设计摘要制造业在国民经济中的比重越来越大,制造业被誉为一个国家国民经济的根基。随着“中国制造2025”的提出,我国作为“世界工厂”,未来制造业的发展将迈向一个全新的台阶,先进制造技术将变得越来越智能化。铣床是制造业中不可缺少的设备之一,近些年来,我国的机床设备正在由大到强的方向迈进,高精度、高度自动化的数控机床将是未来发展的趋势。本文主要是以XK715主轴为例,对其进行零件的工艺性分析,其次制定工艺规程设计,最后制定专用夹具设计,其中包括对制定主轴工艺路线和确定切削用量等。关键词:主轴;机械加工工艺;夹具设计IIAB...
