【单拐曲轴零件机械加工工艺规程及夹具设计】

摘 要
摘 要
这次研究用到了很多知识，涉及到的内容也比较广泛。这次的设计主要内容有：1.工
艺设计；2.工序设计；3.专用夹具设计。
这次的设计主要有：毛坯设计、选择定位基准、工艺路线、夹具设计，在设计之前要
分析零件的工艺性和受力情况，由此来选择加工基准以及材料的选择，同时需要把切削用
量也计算出来，然后按照工序把夹具也设计出来，具体需要把定位元件和夹紧元件等设计
出来。在设计的时候需要注意的地方是定位，此外还需要保证加工精度的准确。
在加工过程中通过细致的分析，我主要以单拐曲轴的工艺性以及力学性进行研究，将
科学理论与实际操作相结合，顺利的完成单拐曲轴的研究设计。

e x t e n s i v e . T h e d e s i g n o f t h e m a i n c o n t e n t s a r e : 1 . T h e p r o c e s s d e s i g n ; 2 . P r o c e s s d e s i g n ; 3 .
Special fixture design.
This design mainly include: blank design, selecting position datum, craft route, the fixture
design, before the design to analyze part manufacturability and stress distribution, thus to select
processing benchmark as well as the choice of materials, at the same time need to put the cutting
amount is calculated, then the fixture is designed according to the process, the specific need to
locate elements and clamping elements such as designed. Need to pay attention to when design
is positioning, in addition also need to ensure accuracy of the machining accuracy.
