题 目 三轴钻主轴机械加工工艺设计
在机械加工领域,三轴钻是种安装在立式钻床上用于加工圆周三等分孔或
三的倍数圆周等分孔零件的高效率工具。使用时,三轴钻主轴安装在钻床主轴上
将动力通过中心轮、三个介轮、三个小齿轮,分别传给小轴,从而使安装在弹簧
套内的钻头完成钻削加工。三轴钻要求有很高的工作强度和回转精度,装配后试
运转,通常要求其各转动部分应转动灵活,其中三轴钻主轴端部与滚动轴承、中
心轮相配合的轴段及键槽的尺寸精度的保证对三轴钻灵活、安全、准确转动工作
极其重要。
等分孔工作的精度取决于三轴钻本身的精度,而三轴钻的工作精度很大程度
上取决于其主轴的加工精度和质量。因此本毕业设计选题选取三轴钻中的重要零
部件即主轴作为研究对象,对其机械加工的工艺内容进行分析设计,以期达到可
高效保证主轴加工精度和质量的工艺设计目标。
本设计首先对三轴钻主轴进行工艺分析,以此确定毛坯的类型、尺寸并完成
基准面的选取;其次对三轴钻主轴机械加工工艺路线进行规划和设计,并编制机
械加工工艺文件;最后对钻床夹具进行设计,设计内容主要包括定位元件、压紧
元件及夹具体的设计,并利用SolidWorks软件设计完成夹具零部件三维建模和二
维图样。

ABSTRACT
In the field of machining, the three-axis drill is a kind of high efficiency tool
installed on the vertical drilling machine for machining parts with three equal parts of
the circumference or three multiples of the circumference. When used, the three-axis
drilling spindle is installed on the drilling machine spindle, the power through the
center wheel, three intermediary wheels, three pinion, respectively, to the small shaft,
so that the drill is installed in the spring sleeve to complete the drilling processing.
The triaxial drill requires high working intensity and rotary accuracy. During the test
run after assembly, it is usually required that the rotating parts of the triaxial drill
should rotate flexibly. Among them, it is extremely important to ensure the
dimensional accuracy of the spindle end of the triaxial drill, the rolling bearing, the
center wheel and the shaft segment and the key way that match with the spindle end
of the triaxial drill, for the flexible, safe and accurate rotating work of the triaxial
drill.
The accuracy of bisecting hole work depends on the accuracy of the three-axis
drill itself, and the working accuracy of the three-axis drill largely depends on the
machining precision and quality of its spindle. Therefore, this graduation project
selects the important parts of the three-axis drill spindle as the research object, and
analyzes and designs the content of its machining process, in order to achieve the
process design goal that can efficiently ensure the machining precision and quality of
the spindle.
This design first carries on the process analysis to the three-axis drill spindle,
in order to determine the type and size of the blank and complete the selection of
datum surface; Secondly, the machining process route of the spindle of the three-
axis drill is planned and designed, and the machining process file is prepared.
Finally, the drilling jig is designed, the design content mainly includes the specific
design of positioning components, pressing components and clamping, and the use
of SolidWorks software to complete the three-dimensional modeling and two-
dimensional design of jig parts.
