东风日产的L42L减震器装配右部夹具设计
摘要
论文主要介绍了湖北省东风(十堰)设备制造厂关于东风日产的 L42L 减震器装配
右部夹具设计。本文侧重于计算机辅助设计与制造,使用 AutoCAD 绘制二维工程图,运
用三维软件进行三维数字化建模,夹具的虚拟装配,以及部分主要零部件的制造仿真,
干涉分析。对夹具部分主要零部件的结构、技术要求作了详细说明;还对工艺方案的经
济性和技术可行性进行了分析比较,夹具参数作了理论计算;对整个夹具的设计步骤
进行了说明,并对有关数据进行验算其合理性,得出夹具设计的合理性。

Abstract
The paper introduces the Hubei Province, Dongfeng (Shiyan) equipment manufacturer
Dongfeng Nissan the L42L shock absorber assembly right side of the fixture design.
This paper focuses on computer-aided design and manufacturing, drawing two-dimensional
engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Application of three-dimensional software of 3D
digital modeling, fixture virtual assembly, as well as parts of the main parts and
components manufacturing simulation, interference analysis. The structure of the
fixture part of the main components of the technical requirements are explained in
detail; also analyzed and compared the economic and technical feasibility of the
technology program, the fixture parameters and the theoretical calculations; The clamp
design procedure are illustrated, and the relevant data for checking its rationality,
the rationality of the design of the fixture.
