摘 要
随着现代农业技术的不断发展,深松施肥技术已成为改善土壤质量、提高作物产量
的重要手段。深松施肥机作为实现这一技术的关键装备,其结构设计直接影响到机械的
性能和使用效果。在我国东北地区,农作物种植模式种类较多,对行距的要求也略有不
同,传统的深松施肥机多为等行距设计,不能满足所有耕作模式的农艺要求。
针对东北地区玉米的宽窄行种植模式,设计一种可以满足其农艺要求的深松施肥机
具,旨在提高其工作效率、实用性以及施肥的稳定性。首先,通过对宽窄行深松施肥机
的结构特点和工作原理进行分析,确定整机的设计方案。然后,通过理论计算分析及三
维建模对宽窄行深松施肥机的深松装置、切茬装置、施肥装置、镇压装置等进行结构设

具,可以在满足宽窄行种植模式农艺要求的基础上有效减少深松施肥机的进地次数,降

Abstract
With the continuous development of modern agricultural technology, deep loosening
fertilization technology has become an important means to improve soil quality and improve
crop yield. As the key equipment to realize this technology, the structural design of the machine
directly affects the performance and effect of the machinery. In northeast China, there are many
types of crop planting modes, and the requirements for row spacing are slightly different. The
traditional deep loosening fertilization machines are mostly equal row spacing design, which
cannot meet the agronomic requirements of all farming modes.
According to the wide and narrow row planting mode of corn in northeast China, a deep
loosening fertilization machine is designed to meet its agronomic requirements to improve the
work efficiency, practicability and stability of fertilization. Firstly, through the analysis of the
structural characteristics and working principle of the wide and narrow row deep loosening
fertilization machine, the design scheme of the whole machine is determined. Then, the structure
was designed through theoretical calculation analysis and three-dimensional modeling. Finally,
EDEM simulation software is used to simulate the soil tillage of the deep pine shovel, and to
conduct the static stress analysis based on the simulation results. After the design, the deep
loosening fertilization machine is a multi-functional machine that integrates deep loosening,
stubble cutting, fertilization and suppression, which can effectively reduce the number of deep
loosening fertilization machine and reduce the operation cost on the basis of meeting the
agronomic requirements of wide and narrow planting mode.
