摘 要 本文主要围绕 DBL14001500 摆动式堆料机的总体设计展开,结合堆料机的应用
需求与发展趋势,提出了一种创新的摆动式堆料机设计方案。首先,介绍了堆料机的研究背
景与意义,分析了堆料机在现代矿山和仓储领域的重要作用及其技术发展现状。本文重点对
摆动机构进行了设计研究,详细讨论了摆动机构的基本原理及其驱动装置的形式和特点,结
合悬臂式摆动机构的需求,对电机与减速器的选型进行了优化设计。同时,分析了臂架摆动
机构中钢丝绳的构造、工作情况以及可能出现的破坏原因,提出了合理的钢丝绳选择和使用
建议,以确保设备长期稳定运行。进一步,本文设计了堆料机的制动系统,重点研究了不同
类型制动器的选用与安装位置调整方法,确保在高负荷作业过程中能够保证设备的安全性和
稳定性。最后,对堆料机的卷筒设计和整体结构进行了优化,提出了符合实际需求的设计方
案。

DBL14001500 the overall design of the oscillating stacker
Abstract:This paper mainly focuses on the overall design of the DBL14001500 swing stacker,
and proposes an innovative design scheme of the swing stacker in combination with the application
requirements and development trend of the stacker. Firstly, the research background and
significance of the stacker were introduced, and the important role of the stacker in the field of
modern mining and storage and its technical development status were analyzed. In this paper, the
design research of the swing mechanism is emphatically studied, the basic principle of the swing
mechanism and the form and characteristics of its driving device are discussed in detail, and the
selection of the motor and reducer is optimized in combination with the needs of the cantilever
swing mechanism. At the same time, the structure, working condition and possible damage causes
of the wire rope in the boom swing mechanism were analyzed, and reasonable suggestions for the
selection and use of the wire rope were put forward to ensure the long-term stable operation of the
equipment. Furthermore, the braking system of the stacker is designed in this paper, and the
selection and installation position adjustment methods of different types of brakes are focused on to
ensure the safety and stability of the equipment in the process of high-load operation. Finally, the
reel design and overall structure of the stacker were optimized, and a design scheme that met the
actual needs was proposed.
