摘 要
本文的内容主要是异型轧辊和轴承座机械加工工艺及工装设计。轧辊，它是轧机
中极为重要的部件之一，是轧机的主要消耗部件。轧辊是轧机上的重要备件，具有形
状结构极为复杂、外形规格大、加工精度高等特点，并随轧机的轧线不同而形状各异，
因此轧辊的切削加工的难度与正常的配件加工相比，有较高的技术难度。解决好轧辊
的切削加工的技术问题，是轧辊生产中最关键的环节。本文依据轧辊的工作环境要求
选择其毛坯种类；根据该零件表面加工特点制定其机械加工工艺，再根据实际加工情
况分析、结合实际生产情况制定重要工序工步，通过分析其可能遇见的工艺问题，提
出合理的解决方法。轴承座是轧机的重要组成部分，主要负责控制轧辊与轧机的相对
安装位置，通常由焊接件焊接而成，根据其孔位置关系等，配合轧机其他安装零件，
使轧辊在轧机中处于特定的位置。根据零件加工的需求，设计轧辊轴承座的专用夹具。

Abstract
The content of this article is mainly the machining process and tooling design of special-
shaped rolls and bearing housings. The roll, which is one of the most important components in
the rolling mill, is the main consumable part of the rolling mill. The roll is an important spare
part on the rolling mill, with the characteristics of extremely complex shape structure, large
shape specifications, high processing accuracy, and with the different rolling lines of the
rolling mill and different shapes, so the difficulty of the cutting processing of the roll has a
high technical difficulty compared with the normal parts processing. Solving the technical
problems of the cutting process of the roll is the most critical link in the production of the roll.
This paper selects the blank type according to the working environment requirements of the
roll; According to the surface processing characteristics of the part, the machining process is
formulated, and then the important process steps are analyzed according to the actual
processing situation and combined with the actual production situation, and reasonable
solutions are proposed by analyzing the process problems that it may encounter. Bearing
housing is an important part of the rolling mill, mainly responsible for controlling the relative
installation position of the roll and the rolling mill, usually welded by welding, etc., according
to its hole position relationship, etc., with other mounting parts of the rolling mill, so that the
roll is in a specific position in the rolling mill. According to the needs of parts processing,
special fixtures for roll bearing housings are designed. According to the needs of parts
processing, design special fixtures.
