摘 要
CA6140 机床作为一种车削加工设备，其在机械加工业得到广泛应用，本次研究
围绕 CA6140 机床的主传动系统之三、四轴部件研究与设计，设计内容包含传动方
案、系统图设计、参数方案拟定等，并计算和校对主要零部件，通过 AutoCAD 绘图
软件设计相关零部件。采用机床主运动系统结构的研究和设计，从中整理出设计方
案、设计流程图、设计思路、零件参数选取，代码编写等层面的训练，构建科学可
行的设计思路，明确设计目标，在此基础上有效提升结构设计和计算能力。

Abstract
As a turning machine tool, CA6140 machine tool is widely used in the machining
industry. This design mainly aims at the research and design of the three and four axis
components of the main transmission system of CA6140 machine tool. The design contents
mainly include the formulation of the main parameters of the machine tool, transmission
scheme and transmission system diagram, the calculation and verification of the main
parts, and the design of the parts by using AutoCAD drawing software. Through the
structural design of the main motion variable speed transmission system of the machine
tool, in the process of formulating the structural scheme of transmission and variable
speed, we get comprehensive training in scheme analysis, design conception, structural
manufacturability, mechanical drawing, part calculation, compiling technical documents
and consulting technical data, establish correct design ideas, master basic design methods,
and make preliminary structural analysis The structural design and calculation capacity
have been improved.
