摘 要
底座零件作为比较经典、结构较综合的零件之一,是机械行业中比较常见的零
件,用处广泛,主要在机械装置中起承重、支撑的作用,非常适合作为毕业设计的研
究对象。通过研究此零件的加工工艺路线,利用 CAXA 制造工程师实现模拟实体加
工,并且生成的程序可直接用于实际机床,以便提高加工效率。
论文首先对底座零件进行了分析,其次对底座零件的加工工艺路线进行设计,包
括刀具的选用以及机床的选用等,并且制定了零件的加工工艺卡和加工工序卡,然后
主要确定零件的毛坯、表面加工方法、加工工序路线以及计算工步的加工参数,然后
基于 CAXA 制造工程师进行实体建模,设置每个工步的加工参数,最后模拟加工路
径,并自动生成简短正确的 G代码程序。

Abstract
As one of the more classic and more comprehensive parts, the base part is a relatively
common part in the machinery industry and has a wide range of uses. By studying the
processing route of this part, the CAXA manufacturing engineers are used to simulate the
solid processing, and the generated program can be directly used in the actual machine tool,
so as to improve the processing efficiency.
The thesis analyzes the processing process flow to realize the design of the
manufacturer's processing flow, including the processing equipment of the main purchaser
and the processing of the machine tool, the processing process card of the manufacturing part
and the process flow of the processing card, and then the process card is carried out. And the
