摘 要
这次所择选的模具设计课题是塑料材质的洗衣机上盖零件,该塑件需求量
大,在供给需求上要能够批量供应,因此所选零件可用注射成型进行批量制
造。并设计出满足技术需求的塑件,还要实现成型零部件批量制造的模具及其
模具总体装配结构。本次将用 UG 三维软件辅助下,绘建洗衣机上盖塑件三维
模型。接而对零件模型分析属性,结合设计原则确定好分型、腔数、排位布
局、浇注形式、脱模取出等方面的细腻设计好整体结构装配。随着三维的建模
完成,把数据转换输入到 CAD 二维图形软件进行建立完成二维装配图纸及其
非标工件的工程图纸。此次选用塑件为一款壳型实用零件,其外表面粗糙程度
与特定位置尺寸有着很高的指定需求。从模型清晰可见塑件矩形的形态,测量
模型特征可知的壁厚、构造等是否设计合理,是否符合模具设计的特定要求。
在完整分析塑件工艺后,列出可行性方案,选出最佳的成型方案,而本次拟定
腔数为一模二腔布局,充填浇注选出具有极佳充填性的侧浇口,并用简易又实
用的推杆形式作为推出方式。同时为了提升零件的品质和成型时效,设计冷却
系统效果。

ABSTRACT
The selected mold design topic is the washing machine top cover parts made of
plastic materials. The demand of the plastic parts is large, and the supply demand
should be able to supply in batches. Therefore, the selected parts can be manufactured
in batches by injection molding. And designed to meet the technical requirements of
plastic parts, but also to achieve mass production of mold parts and mold assembly
structure. This time, with the aid of UG 3D software, the 3D model of washing
machine upper cover plastic parts will be built. Then, the property of the part model is
analyzed, and the fine design of parting, cavity number, layout, pouring form,

demoulding and taking out is determined according to the design principles. With the
completion of the three-dimensional modeling, the data is transformed and input to
the CAD two-dimensional graphics software to establish the two-dimensional
assembly drawings and engineering drawings of non-standard parts.The selected
plastic part is a practical shell type part, and its external surface roughness and
specific location size have high requirements. From the model, we can clearly see the
shape of the rectangle of the plastic part, and measure the characteristics of the model
to see whether the wall thickness and structure are designed reasonably, and whether
they meet the specific requirements of the mold design. After the first mock exam is
completed, the feasibility plan is listed, and the best molding plan is selected. The
number of the cavity is two cavity layout, and the filling gate is chosen to select the
side gate with excellent filling. The method is simple and practical. At the same time,
in order to improve the quality of parts and forming aging, the cooling system effect is
designed.
