摘 要
平夏路为平谷城区东部一条二级公路，向西与平谷城区相接，向东与夏各庄新城
相接。夏各庄镇域面积 60.66 平方千米，辖 15 个行政村，人口约 2.8 万。本项目是联
系平谷城区与夏各庄新城的主要通道。同时也是城区和新城物流的重要通道，具有区
域间的过境交通功能。平夏路两侧有张各庄村等 5 个乡镇，本项目承担沿线村庄集散
交通功能满足周边居民出行需求。
本项目设有一条公交线路，主要服务周边村镇出行，是公交重要通道。
平夏路沿途经过的张各庄村、杨各庄村是平谷区果品的产区之一，同时本项目也
是春夏季观光采摘的一条著名的旅游线路，非机动车流量大。因此，本项目提级改造
可完善旅游集散服务体系，提升旅游交通和综合服务功能。本项目上次大修为 2013 年
根据现场调查，本项目面层存在裂缝等病害，本次提及改造同时需对道路病害进行修
复。
本项目本次治理起点为东门桥，终点为东夏路路口，改造长度约 3.04km，现况
为二级公路，设计速度 60 公里/小时。

ABSTRACT
Pingxia Road is a second-class highway in the east of Pinggu City, connecting Pinggu
City to the west and Xiagezhuang New Town to the east. Xiagezhuang Town covers an area
of 60.66 square kilometers, governs 15 administrative villages, and has a population of
approximately 28000. This project is the main channel connecting Pinggu City and
Xiagezhuang New City. It is also an important channel for logistics in urban areas and new
cities, with regional transit transportation functions. On both sides of Pingxia Road, there
are 5 townships including Zhanggezhuang Village. This project undertakes the
transportation function of villages along the route to meet the travel needs of surrounding
residents.
This project has a bus route that mainly serves the transportation of surrounding
villages and towns, and is an important passage for public transportation.
Zhanggezhuang Village and Yanggezhuang Village along Pingxia Road are one of the
fruit producing areas in Pinggu District. At the same time, this project is also a famous
tourist route for sightseeing and picking in spring and summer, with a large flow of non
motorized vehicles. Therefore, the upgrading and renovation of this project can improve the
tourism distribution service system, enhance the tourism transportation and comprehensive
service functions. The last major overhaul of this project was in 2013. According to on-site
investigation, there are cracks and other diseases on the surface layer of this project. At the
same time, it is mentioned that the renovation needs to repair the road diseases.
The project starts from Dongmen Bridge and ends at the intersection of Dongxia Road.
The reconstruction length is about 3.04km. The current situation is second-class highway,
and the design speed is 60km/h.
