伞形搓圆机的设计
摘 要
食品机械在人们生活中扮演着至关重要的角色，因此安全稳定是其设计的首要考
量。糕点面类食品在中国饮食结构中占据重要地位，相应的糕点类食品机械需要与时
俱进，以满足市场需求。国内的伞形搓圆机已经广泛应用于各大小型餐饮业，其结构
简单、小巧、便于搬运，并且生产能力适中，非常适合中等规模餐馆的需求。该机械
主要由传动系统、执行装置、固定装置和撒粉装置组成。在设计阶段，使用
solidworks 进行三维建模，然后使用 CAD 软件制作装配图和重要零部件图。传动系
统可采用电机带轮传动、蜗轮蜗杆减速箱和主轴的简单设计，而执行装置则由环形导
槽和伞形转体共同组成。设计过程中对主要受载荷冲击的零件进行计算和校核，以确
保其工作寿命，并完成工艺分析以满足设计要求，从而提高整机质量。

ABSTRACT
Food machinery plays a vital role in people's lives, so safety and stability are the
primary considerations in its design. Pastry and flour food occupy an important position in
China's dietary structure, and the corresponding pastry food machinery needs to keep pace
with the times to meet market demand. The domestic umbrella rounding machine has been
widely used in the large and small catering industry, its structure is simple, small, easy to
handle, and the production capacity is moderate, which is very suitable for the needs of
medium-sized restaurants. The machine is mainly composed of a transmission system, an
actuator, a fixture and a dusting device. In the design phase, you can use solidworks for 3D
modeling, and then use CAD software to create assembly drawings and drawings of
important components. The drive system can be a simple design of a motor pulley drive,
worm gear gearbox and spindle, while the actuator consists of an annular guide trough and
an umbrella rotating body. In the design process, it is necessary to calculate and check the
parts that are mainly subjected to load impact to ensure their working life, and complete the
process analysis to meet the design requirements, so as to improve the quality of the whole
machine.
