云计算在中小企业人力资源管理中的应用探讨

　摘要

随着国民经济的快速发展，我国中小企业不断进步并快速扩张，为国民经济发展做出了较为重

要的贡献。与此同时，中小企业不断成长与完善，人力资源管理对企业来说显得越来越重要，

对企业的影响也越来越大。但是中小企业因受规模、人员和资金等方面因素的制约，导致企业

人力资源管理信息化程度低、招聘合适人才困难、绩效考核和薪酬设计不合理等问题，从而影

响中小企业长远发展。

作为一种以网络技术为主的服务模式，云计算充分地发挥并体现了网络的媒介作用，真正地实

现了按需计算、按需付费，它的发展为中小企业人力资源管理问题提供了有效的技术支持。

在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，通过对云计算技术的研究，结合云计算的资源共享、按需付费

等特征，对云计算在中小企业人力资源管理中的应用进行研究。

首先，主要介绍国内外研究现状、研究目的与意义，云计算和人力资源管理相关概念和理论综

述；其次，对基于云计算的中小企业人力资源管理进行需求分析，主要包括现状分析、博弈分

析等，在此基础上建立中小企业人力资源管理云框架；最后，云计算在中小企业人力资源管理

的具体应用，包括基于云计算的中小企业人力资源管理合作联盟、人力资源共享服务模式、咨

询服务和人力资源管理系统，以及中小企业使用云计算的发展建议。将云计算技术与人力资源

管理相结合进行研究，这是一种全新的尝试，希望能够对中小企业人力资源管理的发展提供帮

助。

　　Abstract

With the rapid development of the national economy,small and mediumenterprises of our country

make continuous progress and expanse rapidly,makinggreatdedication to the development of our

country's economy.At the same time smalland medium enterprises continue to grow and

improve.Human Resource Managementis becoming increasingly important to enterprises and the

impact on enterprises is alsogrowing.However,due to the size of small and medium enterprises, people

and capitaland other factors,they result in low level of information of Human

ResourceManagement,difficulties in recruiting the right talent, unreasonability of

performanceappraisal and compensation design and etc.Those all affect the long-term developmentof

small and medium enterprises. As a web technology based service, it fully playsand reflects of the

network's role of media.It truly realizes the on-demand computingand on-demand pay.Its development

provides an effective technical support for smalland medium enterprises'Human Resources

Management issues.

Drawing on the basis of previous research,through the study of Cloud

ComputingTechnology,combined with Cloud Computing resource sharing and on-demand payand

other features, it researches on the application of Cloud Computing in HumanResource Management

of small and medium enterprises.First of all,it mainlyintroduces research status at home and

abroad,research purpose andsignificance,related concepts and theories reviewed of Cloud Computing

and HumanResources Management.Secondly,make needs analysis based on Cloud Computing

forHuman Resources Management of small and medium enterprises.It mainly includessituation

analysis, Game Analysis and etc,establishing small and medium enterprisesHuman Resources

Management Cloud Framework on this basis.Finally,introducespecific application of Cloud

Computing in small and medium enterprises HumanResources Management,including Human

Resources Management alliance based oncloud computing for small and medium enterprises,Human

Resources Shared ServicesModel,consulting service,Human Resource Management System and

developmentproposals for small and medium enterprises using cloud computing.The research

ofcombining Cloud Computing Technology with Human Resources Management, it is anew attemptto

do good to the development of human resource management of smalland medium enterprises.
