摘要
采煤机主要包括三个主要部件:液压支架、刮板输送机、采煤机。在长壁
开采实践中积累了大量的经验后,针对不同的地质情况,对其进行了相应的改
造,使得其在未来的煤矿生产中将发挥更加重要的作用。电机的作用是为截割
部和牵引部提供动力,采煤机内安装了两台电机,分别为牵引部、截割部以及
其它的辅助设备供电。
着重介绍了采煤机截割部分的设计。采煤机的截割部是实现采煤机减速的
主要部件。在截割部中,采用四级减速器,通过电机将动力传送给采煤机的滚
筒,从而达到切煤的目的。采用对称式摇臂结构,可实现左、右摇臂的互换。
确保各齿的正确选取,并求出最小轴直径,以最小轴径为主进行结构设计。选
择了花键和轴承,其尺寸与轴的结构尺寸相配合,并对其进行了结构设计、校
核。并对其进行有限元软件分析,得出其运转时的变形和应力云图。

Abstract
Long wall shearer mainly includes three main components:
hydraulic support, scraper conveyor, shearer. After accumulating a
lot of experience in the practice of long wall mining, it has been
reformed according to different geological conditions, so that it
will play a more important role in the future coal mine production.
The function of the motor is to provide power for the cutting part
and the traction department. Two motors are installed in the shearer,
respectively supplying power for the traction part, the cutting part
and other auxiliary equipment.
The design of the shearer cutting is emphasized. The cutting part
of shearer is the main component of shearer deceleration. In the
cutting part, the four-level reducer is used to transmit the power to
the drum of the shearer through the motor, so as to achieve the
purpose of cutting coal. The symmetrical rocker arm structure can
realize the exchange of left and right rocker arms. Ensure the
correct selection of each tooth, and find the minimum shaft diameter,
the minimum shaft diameter is the main structural design. Splines and
bearings were selected, matching with the structural size of the
shaft, and the structure was designed and checked. The finite element
software is analyzed to obtain the deformation and stress cloud map.
