摘要

手机已成为当代大学生手中的重要工具，深刻影响着他们学习、生活、社

交和娱乐的方方面面。在智能手机普及、APP 更新迅速的时代背景下，这部小

巧的设备对大学生产生了广泛而深远的影响，引起了众多专家学者的关注。本

文旨在通过问卷调查和深度访谈的方式，深入探究榆林学院大学生手机使用的

内在规律。文章将重点关注手机如何影响大学生的学习效率、生活质量、社交

方式和娱乐选择。同时，深入挖掘手机对大学生产生的负面影响及其原因，并

提供一系列实用建议，以帮助大学生更加理性、健康地使用手机。在此过程中，

着重引导大学生认识到过度使用手机可能带来的生理和心理问题，避免陷入

“手机依赖症”的困境。同时，将教育他们如何在学习、生活和娱乐之间找到

平衡点，使手机成为他们成长道路上的助力，而非阻碍。通过努力，期望能够

帮助大学生树立正确的价值观，使他们能够更好地应对人生新篇章的挑战，迈

向更加美好的未来。

Abstract

Mobile phones have become an important tool in the hands of contemporary

college students, profoundly influencing their learning, life, social interaction, and

entertainment in all aspects. In the context of the popularization of smartphones and

rapid updates of apps, this compact device has had a wide and profound impact on

college students, attracting the attention of many experts and scholars. This article

aims to explore the inherent patterns of mobile phone usage among college students in

Yulin University through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The article

will focus on how mobile phones affect the learning efficiency, quality of life, social

skills, and entertainment choices of college students. At the same time, we will delve

into the negative impact and reasons of mobile phones on college students, and

provide a series of practical suggestions to help them use their phones more rationally

and healthily. In this process, emphasis is placed on guiding college students to

recognize the physiological and psychological problems that excessive use of mobile

phones may bring, and to avoid falling into the dilemma of "mobile phone

dependence". At the same time, we will educate them on how to find a balance

between learning, life, and entertainment, making mobile phones a support rather than

an obstacle on their growth path. Through hard work, we hope to help college

students establish correct values, enabling them to better cope with the challenges of

new chapters in life and move towards a better future.
