果汁杯的注塑模设计

摘要

果汁杯注塑模具设计是果汁杯制造中的关键环节之一，直接影响着果汁杯

产品的质量和外观。本文旨在研究和设计一种高效、精密的果汁杯注塑模具，

以满足果汁杯制造业快速发展的需求。本文首先对果汁杯注塑模具的背景和意

义进行了介绍。随着注塑模具市场的蓬勃发展，对注塑模具的要求也越来越高。

然后对果汁杯注塑模具设计的关键技术进行了综述。包括一模二腔排位模

具结构设计、PC 材料选择、冷却系统设计、进胶系统设计等方面。通过对现有

文献的调研和分析，总结出了果汁杯注塑模具设计的一些常见问题和解决方法。

重点介绍了果汁杯注塑模具设计的具体步骤和方法。针对果汁杯的特殊形状和

复杂结构，采用了 CAD/CAM 技术进行模具设计，确保了模具的精度和稳定性。

对设计的果汁杯注塑模具进行了注塑机参数的校核，验证了其设计的合理性和

可行性。校核计算结果表明，该注塑模具在生产过程中具有较高的生产效率和

产品质量稳定性。

本文基于果汁杯注塑模具设计的研究，针对注塑模具制造业的需求，提出

了一种高效、精密的注塑模具设计方案，并进行了注塑机重要参数指标校核。

Abstract

The design of the injection mold for juice cups is one of the key links in camera

manufacturing, which directly affects the quality and appearance of camera products.

This article aims to study and design an efficient and precise injection mold for juice

cups to meet the rapid development needs of the camera manufacturing industry. This

article introduces the background and significance of the injection mold for juice

cups. With the booming development of the injection mold market, juice cups, PC an

indispensable and important component of plPCtic products in the market, have

increPCingly high requirements for injection molds.

Then, a review wPC conducted on the key technologies of injection mold design

for juice cups. It includes the structural design of the the first mock examination with

two cavities, the selection of PC (transparent) materials, and the design of the cooling

system. Through research and analysis of existing literature, a hot runner pouring

system wPC adopted for design, and some common problems and solutions in the

design of juice cup injection molds were summarized. The specific steps and methods

of designing the injection mold for juice cups were emphPCized. Aiming at the

special shape and complex structure of fruit juice cups, CAD/CAM technology wPC

adopted for mold design, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the mold. The

injection molding machine parameters of the designed juice cup injection mold were

verified to verify the rationality and fePCibility of its design. The verification

calculation results indicate that the injection mold hPC high production efficiency and

product quality stability during the production process.

This article is bPCed on the research on the design of injection molds for juice

cups. In response to the needs of the injection mold manufacturing industry, an

efficient and precise injection mold design scheme is proposed, and important

parameter indicators of the injection molding machine are checked. This study

provides important reference and inspiration for the juice cup injection mold

manufacturing industry, which helps to improve the quality and production efficiency
