摘 要
本次毕业设计任务是对机床右支架座制定及其机械加工工艺规程,主要对机
床零件的工艺规程和对机床零件中钻 2×Ø43.5mm 孔的夹具设计。本课题图将利
用机械制造原理,机械设计,专用夹具设计和 CAD 等应用软件绘制。该零件的加工
过程一共分为铣面,镗内孔,钻孔,加工精度,攻螺丝扣,反角,去毛刺形成等共十
四道工序。在加工设计的专用装夹上,是按照设计中用于加工机床右支架座 Ø
43.5mm 的内孔专用钻床装夹方法来进行加工设计,并在设计成成中学的基础上
进行了定位偏差分析,以及复紧力的测算,以保证装夹方法符合零件加工需要。最
后用 CAD 软件绘制出夹具二维装配图。

Abstract
This graduation project task is to the machine tool right bracket to formulate and
its machining process rules, mainly on the machine tool parts of the process rules and
the machine tool parts of the drilling 2× Ø 43.5mm hole fixture design. This topic will
use the principle of mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design, special fixture desi
gn and CAD and other software drawing. The process of this part includes milling, bo
ring, drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, deburring and other 14 processes. In the
design of the special fixture is designed to process the machine tool right bracket ø 43.
5mm hole special drilling machine fixture to expand the design, on the basis of the de
sign of positioning error analysis, speed up the calculation of force, to ensure that the
fixture meets the parts processing requirements. Finally, software modeling draws two
-dimensional drawings of the fixture.
