中国航空冷链物流建设探究
摘 要
当前我国经济发展进入新常态，作为国民经济的有机组成部分，民航业的发展也相应进入一个
新阶段、新常态，表现为增长速度相对放缓。但航空运输作为发展潜力最大的交通运输方式，
将在中国经济转型升级过程中发挥不可替代的积极作用。
在日益逐步细分的物流业中，航空物流业凭借自身安全、快速、准确、优质的特性，已成为冷
链运输不可缺少的环节，尤其在长距离、小批量、多频次运输市场上有较大的比较优势。据统
计，2014 年我国潜在冷链物流总额达到 3.74 万亿元，冷链运输需求规模达到 1 亿吨左右，冷
链物流市场总体增长率达到 18%左右。
本文以我国航空冷链物流运输整个服务链条作为研究对象，通过分析国内外航空冷链物流现
状，对我国航空冷链物流存在的问题及发展趋势进行了研究，明晰了我国航空冷链物流的业务
流程和规范，提出了加快我国航空冷链物流发展的政策和措施建议，并重点以医药行业为例对
时间温度敏感型产品的航空冷链运输试点方案进行了分析。
Abstract
China's economy has entered into the "new normal" phase. Civil aviation, being anintegral part of
national economy, enters into a new or new normal stagecorrespondingly as its growth rate comes to
be relatively slow. Having plenty of roomto develop, air transport would contribute to upgrading the
industrial structure andinspiring the innovation-driven economy.
In the redefining logistics industry, air transport proves to be an indispensable sectorby providing safe,
speedy, accurate and high-quality services, especially itscomparative advantage on long-haul, multi-
type and low-volume transportation.
According to statistics, the potential revenue of cold-chain logistics will reach 3740billion with 100
million tons demand and 18% growth rate in 2014.
The thesis focuses on researching the whole air-cold-chain logistics operationprocedure. By analyzing
the current operation situation domestically andinternationally, and analyzing the development trend
and problems happened toChina’s market, the thesis makes clear the SOP of air-cold-chain logistics
andsuggests on how to speed up the development of the air-cold-chain logistics in China,and also
highlights the analysis of date- and temperature-sensitive productstransportation by air in
pharmaceutical industry.
