区域邮政推行农村电商的路径探究
中国邮政从成立之初,就扎根农村,历经百年为农村经济发展服务,形成了完善的实体网络,
在金融支持三农方面作出了重大贡献,为农民提供了一系列的金融服务、便民服务,得到了群
众的认可,受到了政府部门的称赞。
2014 年,中国邮政响应商务部的万村千乡计划,开启了农村电子商务。中国邮政怎样利用自身
的优势,迅速地占领农村电子商务市场,满足农村用户电子商务的需求,开辟一条独具特色的
农村电子商务发展之路,是中国邮政当前需要考虑的问题。
电子商务进农村,让农村居民感受到时代的变化,形成农村经济新业态,具有重大的历史意
义。中国邮政打造的农村电子商务,围绕着农村居民,帮助农村居民足不出户就实现购物、生
活交费、网上销售等,活跃农村经济,拓宽农民的致富路径,推动全面小康社会的形成。
本文深入分析了区域邮政在推行农村电子商务过程中的发展历程,针对当前发展过程中存在的
问题进行了全面探讨,研究了在新的历史时代下,LC 区邮政为适应农村电子商务的发展,如
何进行转型和实现管理机制的创新。本文的研究对推动农村电子商务发展具有重要的实践意
义。
本论文在系统阐述企业物流与电子商务管理论基础上,选择 LC 区农村电商为研究对象,通过
LC 区农村电商发展情况的总体分析及区邮政电商的案例分析,剖析了 LC 区农村电商存在
的问题,认为其运营中的问题主要是因为五个方面:因为工艺品下乡、农产品进城双向通道不
顺畅;运行机制不够顺畅;人才队伍和保障机制比较薄弱;平台功能比较单一;激励机制还需
要完善。而研究认为,要想加农村电商发展,有五条对应的对,比如加大对农户从农村
电子商务能的培训引导电商企业、作社与供农户的收益机制;出台发展电
子商务的相关为推动,加速电商产业发展;加电商宣传LC 电子商务品
象;加电商产业融相信以上的措施以更好的推进中国邮政农村电商的发展。
