跨境电商物流发展的机遇与挑战

　　摘要

全球经济复苏乏力，欧盟、美国、日本等发达国家进口需求萎靡不振给我国外贸带来不小的压

力，但在我国政府积极促进产业结构优化与升级，持续改善外部环境，颁布有利于增强企业竞

争力政策等应对措施下，我国进出口总体保持微幅上扬的走势。其中，以互联网+外贸方式的

交易，即跨境电子商务交易，增幅高达 30.6%,在我国整个进出口交易总体构成中显得格外突

出。首先，本文介绍了跨境电子商务的现状。伴随互联网技术普及，跨境电子商务交易快速膨

胀，给我国跨境物流市场提供了发展动力。但由于落后的物流系统、缺乏物流技术的支持、物

流服务功能单一以及物流作业不规范等因素，导致国内物流供应商缺乏有效的市场竞争力。其

次，针对我国跨境物流中所存在的问题与面临的挑战，从宏观和微观层面提出如下建议：1）

政府通过完善通关环境、加大物流技术方面投入、积极引导物流创新等方面改善跨境第三方物

流企业发展环境；跨境物流企业采取完善物流系统、拓宽服务范围、扩展服务网络等措施，提

高企业自身竞争力。

Abstract

The weak recovery of global economy and developed countries such asEurope, America, and Japan

import demand in the doldrums bring no smallpressure, but in our government to positively promote

optimization andupgrading of industrial structure, to continuously improve externalenvironment, to

promulgate to enhance competitiveness of enterprisespolicy, China's import & export trade was

entirely kept a slight upwardtrend. In the structure of China's Import & export, the internet plusforeign

trade transaction, that is, cross-border e-commerce transaction,was increased by 30.6% and was

specially prominent. First, the thesisintroduces the current situation of cross-border electronic

commerce.

With the popularization of Internet technology, the rapid expansion ofcross-border e-commerce

transactions provides a driving force for thedevelopment of cross-border logistics market in china.

However, backwardlogistics system, lack of logistics technology support, single functionof logistics

service and non-standardized logistics operation result inthe lack of effective market competitiveness

of domestic logisticsservice providers. Second, In view of the problems and challenges incross-border

logistics, the suggestions are put forward as follow:1 ）thegovernment should establish a good

environment for the development ofcross-border third logistics by improving customs clearance

environment,by increasing investment in logistics technology and by actively leadingthe logistics

innovation.2 ）logistics service providers enhance theircompetitiveness by perfecting logistics system,

by broadening theirservice range and by extending service network.
