摘 要
当今背景下，环境污染、及石油能源危机问题严重。最近两年，新能源汽车陆
续成为国内外众多汽车企业未来发展的主要目标，很多车企都在此基础上制定了
具体的措施。但是我国新能源汽车的发展还存在许多问题，商业模式的创新可以
为我国新能源汽车产业的发展提供助力。论文采用了文献研究法、案例分析法、比
较分析法等方法来研究我国新能源汽车产业的商业模式，分析了我国新能源汽车
产业商业模式的现状及典型案例，提出了我国新能源汽车产业商业模式的创新路
径。
关键词：我国；新能源汽车；商业模式；创新研究

Abstract
Under the background of the current petroleum energy crisis and serious
environmental pollution,the contradiction between energy supply and demand is
becoming increasingly prominent.In the past two years,many domestic and foreign
automobile enterprises have taken the new energy automobile as the main goal of the
future development,and have formulated the concrete implementation development
strategy.It is very important to solve the problems in the development of new energy
vehicle through the innovation of business model.In this paper, theoretical analysis,
literature survey, case analysis and other methods are used to study the innovation of
business model of China's new energy automobile industry. Based on the current
situation and existing problems of the business model of China's new energy automobile
industry, this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the difficulties encountered
in the innovative development.
