摘要

拉丁舞做为一门新起的、体育文化与民族舞蹈紧密结合的体育运动，遭受

各年龄层群体的普遍钟爱。随着着少儿拉丁舞新项目的发展趋势，儿童选手的比

赛能力也愈来愈变得重要。表现力是少儿拉丁舞选手在比赛时获得优异的成绩的

首要条件，实际就是指选手根据平稳优良的重点技术性和內外统一的脸部与身

体语言来表达民族舞蹈感情的一种综合性能力。对儿童选手来讲，表现力在比赛

比赛场上具备关键的功效，对选手的应变能力和比赛結果有非常大影响。儿童选

手做为在我国拉丁舞团队的基本能量，应自小塑造恰当的民族舞蹈习惯性、优良

的体质及其各层面艺术涵养，提升选手的表现力，使其在比赛中出类拔萃，获

得优异的成绩。文中关键选用调查研究法对影响少儿拉丁舞选手表现力的影响因

素开展研究。得到下列结果：（1）重点技术性能力是确保少儿拉丁舞选手表现

力的关键；（2）音乐是确保少儿拉丁舞选手表现力的关键标准；（3）重点素

养是确保少儿拉丁舞选手表现力的保障；

并依据之上结果明确提出下列提议：发展趋势少儿拉丁舞选手表现力需

从重点技术性下手，以脚部技术性做为关键训炼一部分，自小塑造其恰当的民

族舞蹈习惯性；在重点素养层面，要把握住儿童选手的体质发展趋势关键期开

展目的性训炼，为技术性训炼出示动能确保；儿童选手表现力的充分发挥离不

了歌曲，还应高度重视选手在歌曲各层面的塑造；在具体训炼中，能够运用以

赛代打、歌曲陶冶、自信心塑造、多舞蹈类型训练等方式来提升少儿拉丁舞选手

的表现力。

Abstract

Latin dance, as a new sport combining sports and dance, is widely loved by

people of all ages. With the development of children's Latin dance, more and more

attention has been paid to children's competitive ability. Competitive performance is

the key factor for children's Latin dance players to achieve excellent results in the

competition. Specifically, it refers to a comprehensive ability for children's Latin

dance players to express their dance emotions through stable and good special skills

and internal and external unified facial and body language. For children players,

competitive performance plays an important role in the competitive arena, which has

a great impact on the players' on-the-spot performance and competition results. As the

basic strength of Chinese Latin dance team, children's players should cultivate correct

dance habits, good physical quality and all aspects of artistic accomplishment from

childhood, improve their competitive performance, make them stand out in the

competition and achieve excellent results. This paper mainly uses the method of

questionnaire survey to explore the influencing factors of children's Latin Dance

Players' competitive performance. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) special

technical ability is the core to ensure the competitive performance of children's Latin

dancers; (2) music is an important condition to ensure the competitive performance of

children's Latin dancers; (3) special quality is the basic guarantee to ensure the

competitive performance of children's Latin dancers;

According to the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put

forward: to develop children's Latin Dance Athletes' competitive performance, we

should start with special skills, take foot skills as the key training part, and cultivate

their correct dance habits from childhood; in terms of special quality, we should seize

the sensitive period of children's physical development to carry out targeted training,

so as to provide energy guarantee for technical training; children's athletes'

competitive performance should be improved It is necessary to pay attention to the

cultivation of players in all aspects of music; in practical training, we can use

competition instead of training, music edification, self-confidence training, multi

dance practice and other ways to improve the competitive performance of children's

Latin dance players.
