中小型教育加盟企业核心人才管理研究 An empirical study on the management of small and

medium education to join the enterprise core talents

摘要

核心人才是中小型教育加盟企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分，核心人才的人力资源管理工作非

常重要。本文在详细阐述此次研究工作的背景、研究目的和意义、所使用到的研究方法、此次

研究工作的结构布局、研究的创新点等内容后，着重对此次研究工作的相关理论基础及文献研

究综述进行指导，基础方面不仅包括对研究工作涉及到的核心人才、中小型教育加盟企业、中

小型教育加盟企业核心人才等，同时还包括以核心人才人力资源管理理论和核心人才人力资源

开发理论构成的核心人才人力资源理论。结合其在日常生活中的所见所思，以 S企业为例对中

小型教育加盟企业进行了 SWOT 分析，详细阐述中小型教育加盟企业核心人才管理的优势、劣

势、机遇及挑战，从理论角度对中小型教育加盟企业发展经营现状进行初步认识的价值较大。

通过问卷调查方式深入了解我国中小型教育加盟企业核心人才管理存在问题及原因，调查数据

实事求是对问题及原因进行深度分析，使人们对当前中小型教育加盟企业核心人才管理工作现

状有更进一步充分认识，为下文提出核心人才人力资源管理对策建议奠定良好基础。在前文所

提及的核心人才人力资源管理问题及原因，提出建议和对策，认为可以从树立战略管理理念制

定短、中、长期发展目标，重视人力资源开发理论全面加强核心人才队伍工作，完善沟通协调

反馈机制并不断完善核心人才人力资源管理体系，完善培训机制不断提升核心人才人力资源效

果等四个方面积极开展工作，以有效提升中小型教育加盟企业核心人才管理水平。最后为结

论，阐明此次研究工作取得的成绩、不足以及未来期望。关键词：核心人才；教育加盟企业；

ABSTRACT

The core of talent is an important part of small and medium-sized education to join the core

competitiveness of enterprises, the core personnel human resources management work is very

important. Through careful study, the full text is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,

mainly elaborated the specific content with flow the research background, the research goal and the

significance, the research methods used by this research work, the structure, the research innovations.

The second part is the related theories of the research work and literature review on the research of the

foundation, basic aspect includes not only the core of talent, that relates to research work in small and

medium enterprises, small and medium education education to join to join the enterprise core talented

person, also including the core personnel human resources theory with the core of human resources

management theory and core human resources personnel the development of constitution theory;

literature review are the author\'s own studies from three aspects, summarizes the domestic related

literature on management research and training organization specification of other research related

literature review and literature review on comprehensively interpreted with the small and medium-

sized enterprise core talented person education to join the related research achievements. From the

overall structure the article point of view, the first part and the second part constitute the basis of the

research work here. SWOT analysis of the third part to S enterprise as an example to join to the small

and medium-sized enterprise education, elaborates small education join the advantage, weakness,

opportunity and challenge of the enterprise core talented person management, from a theoretical point

of view to the small and medium-sized enterprise development education to join the operation status of

the preliminary understanding. The fourth part is the in-depth understanding of the way through the

questionnaire survey of small and medium-sized educational cooperation causes of problems and the

enterprise core talented person management, seek truth from facts to survey data show two of the

original, so that people on the small present educational enterprise core talented person to join the

management situation fully understand further, and laid a good foundation as presented below, the

core personnel human resources management countermeasures. The fifth part is to find the core talents

based on the problems of human resource management and the former survey data analysis, put

forward the suggestions and countermeasures, that can be formulated, in short, long term development

goals from set up the concept of strategic management, pay attention to the theory of human resource

development to strengthen the core personnel work comprehensively, improve communication and

coordination and feedback mechanism and constantly improve the core talents the human resource

management system, perfect the training mechanism to continuously enhance the core human

resources personnel effect four aspects carry on the work actively, to join the enterprise core talents

management level with small effective education in ascension. The sixth part is the conclusion, clarify

the research achievements, shortcomings and future expectation.Key Words: The core of talent;
