中高端人才招聘网站中猎头行为探析
摘要
面对网络招聘存在的缺陷,猎聘网和拉手网的成功足以证明求职者类别划分将成为
未来发展的方向。中高端招聘中,猎头作为重要角色,加入网络招聘平台已经成为
“必然的趋势。至此,面向高端人才用户的招聘网站呈现出 求职者-猎头- ”企业 的局
“面,打破了传统的 求职者- ”企业 形式。猎头作为网络招聘平台的新成员,其行为模
式值得关注。
本文利用中高端人才招聘网站 Z 的运营数据,对网站注册猎头的行为进行分析。随
着网站的发展,猎头的数量在逐渐增加。但是结果表明,网站猎头的活跃程度有待
提升,近 3 成的注册猎头在网站没有任何行为,成为沉睡用户。与此相对应,仅占
总数 5% 的猎头在网站的各项行为中做了 50% 左右的贡献。
针对行为特征按照猎头的基本信息分类,从地区、从业经验以及擅长行业等指标来
看,经济发达地区的猎头较多,像成都这种起步较晚但发展速度很快的区域中心城
市,猎头的活跃程度高。新兴的 IT 互联网等行业由于职位需求量大,猎头的积极性
较高。此外,猎头的从业经验明显偏少,说明更多新人加入了猎头的这一行业,这
类猎头在推荐职位和回应候选人方面都比较积极。
本文使用 Logistic 回归方法,建立猎头活跃度评价的模型。得到猎头的活跃度与发
布职位信息次数、发送职位邀请的次数、回应次数等变量成正相关关系,下载简历
的次数和注册时间的长度呈负相关关系。

Abstract
Faced with difficulties in semi-high-end recruiting, hunting employed network and lashou
networksuccessfully prove that recruitment industry job categories will be divided
into the future direction ofdevelopment. As an important role of a semi-high-end
executive recruitment, hunting employednetwork 's joining in the online recruitment
platform has become an inevitable trend. The site forhigh-end talent recruitment
presents “candidate- hunting- enterprise ”situation, breaking the traditionalform of“
candidate- enterprise ”. As a new member of the online recruitment platform, we need to
payclose attention to the behavioral patterns of hunting in the online recruitment platform.
This paper analyzes the behavior of site registration based on the operational data
of a high-endtalent recruitment website, With the development of the site, the
number of headhunting is increasinggradually. But the results show that the activity level
of the site search needs to be improved. Nearly 3percent of the registered search does
not have any behavior in the site, and become dormant users.While only 5% of the
search makes a contribution of around 50% to the behavior of the Website .
For behavioral characteristics classification in accordance with the basic information
ofsearch ,from the point of the region, experience and specializing in industry and
other indicators,headhunters are much more in economically developed areas, such
as Chengdu, the regional center ofthe cities which start late but develop rapidly,
having a high level of activity. IT and other emergingInternet industry headhunter
have a high enthusiasm. Headhunting's less experience indicates that morenewcomers
joine the executive search industry. Such headhunting are more positive in
jobrecommendations and responding candidates.
This article uses Logistic regression model ,and set up a model of search activity evaluation
so asto get the relationships between the headhunting activity and the number of
post jobs, sending jobsinvitations , responding , downloading resumes ,and the length of
