大学生“慢就业”原因分析及应对策略——以苏州 JM 学院
为例
摘要
大学生接受高等教育之后,拥有了一定的知识储蓄、思想觉悟和能力素质
在步入社会以后就奋力追求与其本身专业、素质、能力相适应的岗位。但自
2003 年我国高等教育步入大众化阶段以来,高校大学生的数量年年递增,受人
力资源需求、大学生本身就业抱负、价值理念、自身能力等方面的影响,就业
不再是大学生毕业后的唯一选择了。虽然“慢就业”已经渐渐被大众所接受,
但其中也不乏部分大学生因为“慢就业”而渐渐迷失自我。因此,“慢就业”
也成为了社会的一种新的“冷思考”。
本文从当代社会就业环境、政府政策以及当代大学生自身及家庭教育等几
个方面,对大学生“慢就业”问题进行研究。文章首先从大学生“慢就业”的
相关概念及“慢就业”的理论依据等方面入手,明确大学生“慢就业”的概念
从而更准确的对“慢就业”进行深入探讨研究。其次,在对部分已毕业大学生
是否存在“慢就业”行为以及对“慢就业”的认识和态度等方面做出初步调查
的基础上,分析调查数据,总结“慢就业”的具体行为分类,以及大学生“慢
就业”的主客观原因,从而为解决“慢就业”问题奠定理论认识基础。最后,
通过学校就业服务体系的完善,政府职能的加强,家庭观念的与时俱进以及社
会就业舆论的正确引导等四个方面,对大学生“慢就业”问题提出解决措施,
以推动大学生顺利就业,理性规划未来生活。

Abstract
After receiving higher education, college students have a certain amount of
knowledge savings, ideological awareness and ability and quality. After entering the
society, they strive to pursue jobs that are suitable for their own specialty, quality and
ability. However, since the popularization of higher education in 2003, the number of
college students has been increasing year by year. Affected by the demand for human
resources, college students' own employment aspirations, values and abilities,
employment is no longer the only choice for college students after graduation.
Although "slow employment" has been gradually accepted by the public, some
college students gradually lose themselves because of "slow employment". Therefore,
"slow employment" has become a new "cold thinking" of the society.
This paper studies the problem of slow employment of college students from the
aspects of employment environment, government policies and the education of
college students themselves and their families. This paper starts with the related
concepts of "slow employment" of college students and the theoretical basis of "slow
employment" to clarify the concept of "slow employment" of college students, so as
to make a more accurate in-depth study of "slow employment". Secondly, on the basis
of the preliminary investigation on whether some graduates have "slow employment"
behavior and their understanding and attitude towards "slow employment", this paper
analyzes the survey data, summarizes the specific behavior classification of "slow
employment", and the subjective and objective reasons of "slow employment", so as
to lay a theoretical foundation for solving the problem of "slow employment". Finally,
through the improvement of the school employment service system, the strengthening
of government functions, the development of family concept and the correct guidance
of social employment public opinion, this paper puts forward some solutions to the
problem of "slow employment" of college students, so as to promote the smooth
employment of college students and rationally plan their future life.
