幼儿“告状”行为研究及其指导策略
摘 要
告状行为在幼儿园是普遍现象具有高发且重复性的特点，告状的幼儿特别多的时
候经常影响到其他幼儿活动的开展，且如果其他幼儿看见其中一个告状也会跟随其后
告状，形成全班幼儿积极告状的氛围。所以，教师需要总结解决办法进行指导来改善幼
儿告状行为。
本文以幼儿为研究对象，采用了访谈法、观察法分析了幼儿“告状”问题。根据告
状动机将告状现象归纳为三类：是非判断类、自我表现类、求助类。并从教师、幼儿和家
长的角度对告状现象的原因进行分析。最后，提出了提高教师的专业能力、加强对幼儿
独立处事的培养、家园合作，共促幼儿成长的指导策略。

RESEARCH ON CHILDREN’S “COMPLAINT”
BEHAVIOR AND ITS GUIDANCE STRATEGY
ABSTRACT
The behavior of information is common in kindergarten, which has the characteristics of
high incidence and repetition. When the children are especially many, they often affect the
development of other children's activities. If other children see one of them, they will follow
the notice, forming an atmosphere of active information for the whole class. Therefore,
teachers need to summarize solutions to guide to improve the behavior of children's
confession.
This paper takes children as the research object, and analyzes the "information" of
children by interview and observation. According to the motivation of the confession, the
phenomenon of the complaint is divided into three categories: the category of judgment, self-
expression and the type of help seeking. And from the perspective of teachers, children and
parents, the paper analyzes the causes of the complaint. Finally, the paper puts forward the
guiding strategies of improving teachers' professional ability, strengthening the cultivation of
independent affairs for children and cooperation in their home, and promoting the growth of
children.
