摘 要
在幼儿成长的过程中,同伴这一群体扮演着重要的角色，是幼儿的重要他人之一。同
伴之间良好的互动和交往能够增进幼儿的友谊，然而同伴冲突却时常出现在同伴交往之
中。如今很多幼儿园开始重视解决幼儿同伴之间的冲突问题，但是教育过程中也凸显出诸
多问题。本文针对幼儿冲突过程中发现的问题进行总结，旨在通过创设良好的幼儿园环境
鼓励幼儿选择适宜的解决办法，合理的利用冲突来培养幼儿解决问题的信心，引导幼儿
学习良好交往的技能技巧，发展幼儿管理冲突和独立解决冲突的能力，逐渐去除幼儿的
自我中心化，促其社会性的健康发展。
经过调研发现目前中班幼儿同伴冲突的原因主要有幼儿身心不成熟、家庭不和谐、幼
儿园处理方式不当这几个方面，在阅读大量参考文献并与幼儿园老师访谈后提出以下解
决建议，培养幼儿自行解决冲突的意识和能力； 重视家庭教育的作用； 营造和谐的幼儿
园气氛。希望本文的建议可以对中班幼儿同伴冲突起到缓解作用。

Abstract
In the process of children's growth, peer group plays an important role and is one of the

important others of children. Good interaction and communication between peers can enhance
children's friendship, but peer conflict often appears in peer communication. Nowadays, many
kindergartens begin to pay attention to solving the conflict between children's peers, but there are
also many problems in the process of education. This paper summarizes the problems found in
the process of children's conflict, aiming to cultivate children's confidence in solving problems
by creating a good kindergarten environment, encouraging children to choose appropriate
solutions, making rational use of conflicts, guiding children to learn good communication skills,
and developing children's ability to manage conflicts and solve conflicts independently,
Gradually remove the children's self-centered, promote the healthy development of their social.
Through the investigation, it is found that the main causes of peer conflict in middle class
children are immaturity of body and mind, disharmony of family, and improper handling of
kindergarten. After reading a large number of references and interviewing kindergarten teachers,
this paper puts forward the following suggestions to cultivate children's awareness and ability to
solve conflict by themselves; Pay attention to the role of family education; Create a harmonious
kindergarten atmosphere. I hope the suggestions of this paper can play a role in alleviating the
peer conflict of middle class children.
