系统设计
摘要:随着新时代对机械制造业提出更高要求,降低劳动强度、提高生产效率、
提升企业盈利能力以及提升国家综合实力成为制造业发展方向,而生活服务机
械工业也成为国民关注的行业。酸洗装置能够酸洗掉钢板的氧化铁皮,然后经
过后续处理可以形成致密氧化膜,也因此形成不锈钢板,可以提升国民便利和
幸福指数,因此设计一款成本低结构机构设计合理的酸洗装置,成为一种发展
趋势。本课题设计酸洗装置在利用所学机械知识,采用电机、减速机、链和链
轮、托轮、从动轮、轴和轴承、喷淋管、喷头、集水槽、加热棒和加热棒支架
等零部件,结合生产实际,遵循经济性原则,制定设计方案。
本课题设计酸洗装置在充分利用所学机械设计、机械原理的知识点,构建
一个整体的设计流程和能够满足实际工作需求的设计思路,确保设计装置结构
合理,符合机械设计要求。通过查阅相关文献,结合新型技术和新的设计理念,
保证实用性基础上,设计酸洗装置由五部分组成,酸洗装置动力机构、酸洗装
置清洗机构、酸洗装置烘干机构、酸洗装置方坯行走机构和酸洗装置机架。本
课题利用二维软件绘制酸洗装置的总装配体和关键零部件的零件图,利用三维
软件绘制酸洗装置的总装图,确保所设计机构在运行过程中不会互相干涉,保
证整个装置平稳运行。

Abstract :As the new era puts forward higher requirements for the machinery
manufacturing industry, reducing labor intensity, improving production efficiency,
improving enterprise profitability and enhancing the comprehensive strength of the
country have become the development direction of the manufacturing industry, and
the life service machinery industry has also become an industry of national concern.
The pickling device can wash off the scale of steel plate, and then form a dense oxide
film after subsequent treatment, thus forming a stainless steel plate, which can
improve the national convenience and happiness index. Therefore, it is a development
trend to design a pickling device with low cost and reasonable structure design. In this
project, the pickling device is designed by using the learned mechanical knowledge,
using motor, reducer, chain and sprocket, supporting wheel, driven wheel, shaft and
bearing, spray pipe, nozzle, water collecting tank, heating rod and heating rod bracket
and other parts, combining with the actual production and following the economic
principle, the design scheme is formulated.
The design of pickling device in this topic makes full use of the knowledge of
mechanical design and mechanical principle to build an overall design process and
design ideas that can meet the actual work needs, so as to ensure that the structure of
the design device is reasonable and meets the requirements of mechanical design. By
consulting relevant literature, combined with new technology and new design
concept, on the basis of ensuring practicality, the design of pickling device is
composed of five parts: power mechanism of pickling device, cleaning mechanism of
pickling device, drying mechanism of pickling device, billet walking mechanism of
pickling device and rack of pickling device. In this project, the two-dimensional
software is used to draw the general assembly drawing of pickling device and key
parts, and the three-dimensional software is used to draw the general assembly
drawing of pickling device, so as to ensure that the designed mechanism will not
interfere with each other in the operation process and ensure the smooth operation of
the whole device.
