摘 要
随着社会经济的发展,很多城市都向着现代化都市的方向建设和发展,越来越
的高层建筑拔地而起,不管是办公楼还是居民住宅楼,楼层随着社会的发展也越建
高。在这种大环境下,随着高楼的建立,高层住宅的安全问题也成为了重中之重。
高层楼房发生火灾时,由于电梯不能使用而且楼层较高,所以一旦发生火灾或者其
事故,在高层的居民面临着无法有效快速的逃生的问题。
针对这种现象,本课题设计一款用于高层的逃生设备,不需要动力源,靠人的
力进行下降,未避免人下落过程过快造成不必要的损伤,设备具有速度控制装置以
手动的制动功能。
本次的设计研究方向是,主要针对于高楼逃生时运用的一种设备的研究和分析
这次设备的研究适用于 250 米以内楼层的使用,正好可以与其他一些逃生装置的作用
互补。这次设备它的结构简单,安全性高,性能强,还比较可靠,主要是遇到紧急
况时,可以帮助人员逃生,具有很强的适用性和经济性。

Abstract
With the development of social economy, many cities are building and developing towards
modern cities. More and more high-rise buildings are emerging. Whether it is office buildings
or residential buildings, the floors are built with the development of society. high. In this
environment, with the establishment of high-rise buildings, the safety of high-rise residential
buildings has become a top priority. When a fire occurs in a high-rise building, because the
elevator cannot be used and the floor is high, in the event of a fire or other accident, the
residents at the top are faced with the problem of not being able to escape effectively and
quickly.
In response to this phenomenon, this project designed an escape device for high-rises, which
does not require a power source, and relies on human gravity to reduce it. It does not prevent
unnecessary damage caused by people falling too fast. The device has speed control device
and manual Brake function.
The high-rise automatic safe landing escape device studied in this subject is applicable to the
height range of 6-250 meters, which is just complementary to the advantages of escape
umbrella and fire escape ladder. The high-rise escape device has a simple structure and
reliable performance, and can be installed on the outer wall of a high-rise building, and can be
used in an emergency situation, and has strong practicability and economy.
