1.5 兆瓦风力发电机用永磁同步发电机的设计
摘要
2009 年哥本哈根会议的召开,显示国际已经开始越来越重视环保。环
保、低碳将是未来能源发展的一个趋势。而火力发电每年都要消耗大量的煤
炭,产生严重的污染。因此研制出能够代替火力发电的新能源就显得意义
深远。而风力发电且具有绿色环保无污染等特点,已日益得到关注,近年
来,我国的风能开发正处在起步阶段,但发展速度很快,遍布许多沿海城
市及偏远山区,正逐步为人类造福。如何提高风能的利用和转化效率是目
前技术方面重点研究方向,不仅符合了时代发展的潮流,也和我国的基本
国情和战略方针相一致。同时做好节能环保也是当前科研人员在研究过程
中应尽的义务。
直驱永磁同步力发电机去掉了风力发电系统中见的齿轮,让
力机直接拖动电机转子运转在低速状态,这就没有了齿轮箱所带来的噪声 、
故障率高和维护成本大等问题,提高了运行可靠性。采用高磁能积的永磁
材料作为磁极,就省去了励磁绕组产生的损耗,使得电机的结构变得简单 ,
效率也随之提高。但由于其运行转速低,一般定子外径都比较大。
因此,为了减电机尺寸和改善冷却效果,本文以内转子径向永磁
同步风力发电机为例进分析先通应电机、永磁电机和轮机等经
定基本尺寸,电机行磁分析计最后又分别从轴
气隙宽度、极和每极每相槽数参数电机行了化,以便使
结果更加合理。

1.5 MW Wind Turbines with Permanent Magnet
Synchronous Generator
Abstract
Held in Copenhagen in 2009, showing more and more attention to
international environmental protection has begun. Environmental protection,
low-carbon energy development will be a future trend. The thermal power
consumption of large amount of coal each year, resulting in serious pollution.
Therefore developed a new energy to replace the thermal power generation
becomes significant. The green wind power and has no pollution, has received
increased attention in recent years, China's wind energy development is in its
infancy, but rapid development around the many coastal cities and in remote
mountainous areas, gradually the benefit of mankind. How to improve the
efficiency of wind energy utilization and conversion technologies is the focus of
research, not only the development trend of the times, too, and China's basic
national conditions and the strategy and guiding principle. At the same time do a
good job saving and environmental protection is currently in the process of
research, scientists obligations.
Direct drive permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine wind power
system to remove a common gearbox, direct drive motor for wind turbine rotor
is operating at low speed state, which no gearbox caused by noise, high failure
rate and maintenance costs etc, and improved reliability. using the high-energy
product of permanent magnets as pole, eliminating the need for field windings to
produce the loss, the simple structure of the motor efficiency is improved. As
drive permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine running speed is low, generally larger
than the diameter of the stator.
Therefore, in order to reduce the size of the motor and improve the cooling

effect, within this radial permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine as an
example for analysis. First through the induction motor, permanent magnet
motors and turbines and other empirical formula to determine the basic size,
then the motor magnetic circuit analysis and calculation, and finally from the
axial length, respectively, air gap width, pole arc coefficient and the number of
slots per pole per phase parameters the motor is optimized to make the design
more reasonable results.
