摘 要
翻转臂是车厢悬置系统中十分重要的零件，它的精度高、形状较复杂，机
械加工不是很容易，由于处于车厢的最下面，经常会遇到强摩擦强腐蚀等环境，
是关键的构建，在整个车厢悬置系统加工中也是一个重点。而在翻转臂机械加
工中，精度要求最大的就是上臂面及臂孔的加工。翻转臂加工中心夹具可以保
证加工精度高，提高加工效率。因此夹具设计是翻转臂加工中的一个重要环节。
本文通过对翻转臂类型结构、加工工艺、夹具设计及使用情况的分析，阐述
了定位基准的选择，压紧方式的确定，正确的复杂尺寸及强度计算，完成了翻
转臂重要夹具工装的设计——液压夹紧配套装置，提出了针对整体工艺装备提
高翻转臂表面粗糙度的解决方法。

Abstract
The flip arm is car mount system very important parts ，for its high
precision 、shape is more complex, mechanical processing is not so easy, because of
the compartment in the bottom, often will meet the strong strong corrosive
environment such as friction, is the key to building, in the whole carriage mount
system processing of also is a key point。And in flip arm mechanical processing, the
accuracy of the largest is the upper arm face and arm of the hole processing. Flip arm
processing center fixture can guarantee the machining precision and the improvement
of the machining efficiency. So fixture design is the process of a flip arm important
segment.
This article through to flip arm type structure, processing technology, fixture
design and use of the situation analysis, elaborated the locating datum choice, press
the way the determination, the right size and complex strength calculation, the
completion of the flip arm important fixture tooling design-hydraulic clamping
supporting device, the paper improve the overall process equipment over the surface
roughness of the arm solution.
