论 文 题 目 ：冷制皂生产线总体方案及结构设计
摘 要
随着社会经济发展水平的提高和生产技术的更新迭代，冷制皂的传统手工制皂方
式越来越无法满足市场需求。传统的冷制皂制作工艺的每一步均需由人工完成，在没
有自动化设备组成完整的生产线进行连续生产的情况下，简单的通过更换设备来增加
一道或多道工序的处理能力并不能降低成本和增加产量，只能增加工人数量。所以根
据现阶段冷制皂的市场需求量设计一条由多台中小型设备组成的自动化生产线，用于
工艺升级提升产量降低劳动力成本，适合用于规模不大的生产厂家。
设备根据使用需求与特点从实际出发提出了多种结构设计方案，通过综合考虑方
案的可行性与经济性进行选择。设备中大部分采用标准化的零部件进行设计。所选用
的零部件涵盖了电机、气缸、摆动缸，直线导轨等涉及功率、转矩，负载、推力等选
型计算。

ABSTRACT
With the improvement of social and economic development level and the renewal and
iteration of production technology, the traditional manual soap-making method of cold soap is
increasingly unable to meet market demand. Each step of the traditional cold soap
manufacturing process needs to be completed manually. In the case of no automatic
equipment to form a complete production line for continuous production, simply replacing the
equipment to increase the processing capacity of one or more processes does not reduce costs
And increasing output can only increase the number of workers. Therefore, according to the
current market demand for cold soap, an automated production line composed of multiple
small and medium-sized equipment is used for process upgrades and output increase to reduce
labor costs. It is suitable for small-scale manufacturers.
The equipment proposes a variety of structural design schemes based on actual needs and
characteristics, and selects them by comprehensively considering the feasibility and economy
of the schemes. Most of the equipment is designed with standardized parts. The selected
components include motors, cylinders, swing cylinders, linear guides, etc. involving power,
torque, load, thrust and other selection calculations.
