钢管焊接夹具的设计
摘 要
随着工业化快速的发展,为了配合机械生产的发展方向,对机械产品的品
质有了进一步的要求,进而对机床夹具也有了更高的要求。
本课题设计了用于钢管和钢板之间焊接的专用夹具。课题将传统机械结构
与气压传动相结合,通过 V型块对钢管进行圆周方向定位,定位的同时采用气
动夹紧装置将钢管进行夹紧。电机在驱动小齿轮转动同时,小齿轮与大齿轮啮
合驱动与 V形块相连的底板转动。课题主要对焊接夹具进行调研,根据调研情
况给出总体设计方案,并对方案中的加紧机构、齿轮传动进行设计计算和校核
本课题中夹具的优点是可以将钢管的轴线相对于钢板的角度调节 30°的角度范围,
电机驱动的齿轮机构实现角度调节功能,可以实现自动化调节。本课题中的夹
具还可以实现 20-30mm 不同直径规格的钢管零件的焊接装夹,通过采用此焊接
夹具,能够节约成本,缩短加工周期,提高生产效率,在钢管焊接的实际应用
领域具有参考意义。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of industry, in order to adapt to the development
trend of mechanical production, new requirements have been put forward for the
quality of mechanical products and machine tools.
In this project, a special fixture for welding between steel pipes and plates was
designed. The project combines the traditional mechanical structure with pneumatic
transmission, locates the steel pipe in a circular direction through the V-block, and
clamps the steel pipe with a pneumatic clamping device at the same time. While the
motor drives the pinion to rotate, the pinion meshes with the big gear to drive the
bottom plate connected to the V-shaped block to rotate. The topic is mainly to
investigate the welding fixture, give the overall design plan according to the research
situation, and carry out design calculation and verification of the tightening
mechanism and gear transmission in the scheme. The advantage of the fixture in this
topic is that the axis of the steel pipe can be adjusted with respect to the angle of the
steel plate by 30°, and the gear mechanism driven by the motor realizes the angle
adjustment function, which can realize automatic adjustment. The fixture in this topic
can also realize the welding clamping of steel pipe parts with different diameter
specifications of 20-30mm, and by using this welding fixture, it can save costs,
shorten the processing cycle, improve production efficiency, and has reference
significance in the practical application field of steel pipe welding.
