摘 要
自动售货机最早出现在 20 世纪 50 年代的西欧，那时候在美国的地铁站里只需要一毛钱
就能得到一片口香糖，这是一个崭新的零售业形式。伴随着现如今的社会形势发展，人们的
生活节奏越来越快，追求便利而诞生的自动售货机变得更加普及。自动售货机极大的方便了
人们的生活，在满足日常快节奏生活需求的前提下，可以增加产品的贩售效率，减少人工费
用，并且可以针对性的适应多种类型的商品。
本文首先介绍了自动售货机的起源、发展及其在国内外的发展状况，然后详细考虑了其
基本设计理念和工作流程，并进一步阐述了其基本部件、特点和工作机制。在此基础上，完
成控制系统的软件设计，并对其进行了梯形图形和组态接口的设计。以一个案例为实例，将
该流程划分成若干个环节，并对各个环节进行了程序设计。对可编程控制器在自动贩卖机上
的功能进行了详细阐述。该软件包括了自动售货机的绝大部分工作流程。采用 S7-1200 型
PLC 控制的自动售货机设备，可有效地改善其工作性能，使其长时间、稳定地工作。同时采
用了触摸屏幕进行运行和监测。最后通过计算机的仿真模拟和实验，证明了本文所提出的方
案能够满足实际的控制需求，并能实现预定的目标。

ABSTRACT
Vending machines first appeared in Western Europe in the 1950s. At that time, a piece of gum
could be obtained for only a dime in subway stations in the United States. This is a new form of
retail. With the development of today's social situation, people's pace of life is faster and faster, and
the automatic selling machine born in the pursuit of convenience has become more and more
popular. Automatic selling machines greatly facilitate people's life. On the premise of meeting the
needs of daily fast-paced life, they can increase the selling efficiency of products, reduce labor
costs, and adapt to various types of goods.
Firstly, this paper discusses the origin, development and development status of automatic
selling machine at home and abroad, discusses its basic design ideas and work flow in detail,
analyzes its working process in detail, and explains its basic composition, characteristics and
working mechanism in detail. On this basis, the design of the control system software is completed,
and the trapezoidal graphics and configuration interface are designed. Taking a case as an example,
the process is divided into several links, and each link is programmed. The function of PLC in
vending machine is described in detail. The software includes most of the workflow of the vending
machine. The vending machine equipment controlled by s7-1200 PLC can effectively improve its
working performance and make it work stably for a long time. At the same time, the touch screen is
used for operation and monitoring. Finally, through computer simulation and experiments, it is
proved that the scheme proposed in this paper can meet the actual control requirements and achieve
the predetermined goal.
