多功能自动跑步机的方案设计
摘 要
本设计研究的是一种多功能自动跑步机。本设计的自动跑步机既可以实现跑
步机的基本功能，还可以进行自动扭腰健身运动。在研究时首先参考类似多功能
跑步机的设计经验，然后对多功能自动跑步机的总体方案进行设计。总体方案完
成以后分别设计跑步机的机架、传动系统、跑步机构和扭腰机构。对跑步机的传
动系统及主要传动部件进行详细的设计计算，然后利用三维软件对多功能自动跑
步机进行三维建模、虚拟装配并且进行运动仿真，最终完成多功能自动跑步机的
零件图和装配图。通过研究多功能自动跑步机不仅可以提高跑步机的性能，增加
跑步机的功能，提升跑步机的稳定性，同时对于跑步健身设备的发展来说也具有
极为现实的作用，甚至可以讲在一定程度上促进了健身行业技术发展。

Abstract
This design is a multifunctional automatic treadmill. The designed
automatic
treadmill can not only realize the basic functions of the treadmill, but also carry
out
automatic waist twisting tness exercise. In the research, we rst refer to the
design
experience of similar multifunctional treadmill, and then design the overall scheme
of
multifunctional automatic treadmill. After the completion of the overall scheme,
the
frame, transmission system, running mechanism and waist twisting mechanism of
the
treadmill are designed respectively. The transmission system and main
transmission
components of the treadmill are designed and calculated in detail, and then
the
three-dimensional modeling, virtual assembly and motion simulation of
the
multifunctional automatic treadmill are carried out by using the three-
dimensional
software. Finally, the part drawing and assembly drawing of the
multifunctional
automatic treadmill are completed. By studying the multifunctional
automatic
treadmill, we can not only improve the performance of the treadmill, increase
the
function of the treadmill and improve the stability of the treadmill, but also play
a
very practical role in the development of running tness equipment, and
even
promote the technical development of the tness industry to a certain extent.
