摘要

RGV术颠覆了以往以纯人工和人工与旧版器械相结合的劳动运输方式，在许多

年前物体的运输需要耗费大量的人力和资源，是一个历史难题，而当代RGV小车的

出现改善了这一情况，桁架筋的体积较大，长度较长，是比较难运输的工业产品，

RGV小车通过优化了自身结构，将自动化运输带入生产线，使用车架、传动部分、

驱动部分等部分组成。目前RGV小车对于桁架筋生产线是不可获缺的。一种用于桁

架筋生产线的RGV小车主要包括车架、走行驱动部件、输送装置等部分。其中的小

车运行机构主要由减速器、从动轮组、传动轴和一些连接件组成。

此次设计的RGV小车是用于桁架筋生产线，安装于广西建工集团建筑厂房内，

用于桁架筋的输送和搬运工作。桁架筋工厂内的设备一般都是大中型设备，对桁架筋

生产线的载荷要求较高，所以对RGV小车的各项性能参数和要求都有一定程度上的

要求。本文对rgv小车的整体机械部分进行设计确定各项参数，使用soildwork软件进

行模型图纸绘制。

Abstract

The emergence of RGV technology has greatly improved people's labor efficiency,

and large objects that previously required many people to move for a long time can now be

easily achieved with RGV trolleys, especially in the process of small-scale moving The

role of RGV trolleys is quite obvious. Handling large parts or heavy equipment truss

r e i n f o r c e m e n t l i n e s i n f a c t o r y b u i l d i n g s i s i n d i s p e n s a b l e . A n R G V t r o l l e y f o r t r u s s b a r

production line mainly includes frame, walking drive parts, conveying device and other

parts. Among them, the trolley running mechanism is mainly composed of servo motor,

driven wheel set, transmission shaft and some connecting parts.

The RGV trolley designed this time is used for the truss bar production line, installed

in the construction workshop of Guangxi Construction Engineering Group, which is used

f o r t h e c o n v e y i n g a n d h a n d l i n g o f t r u s s r i b s . T h e e q u i p m e n t i n t h e t r u s s b a r f a c t o r y i s

generally large and medium-sized equipment, and the load requirements of the truss bar

production line are high, so the performance parameters and requirements of the RGV

trolley have a certain degree of requirements. In this thesis, the overall mechanical part of

the RGV trolley is designed, the parameters are determined, and the model drawings are

drawn using soildwork software.
